I cannot submit for support because it says I have an invalid purchase code for something I purchase. Where so I need to send the information to get this update. Also cannot register the theme.

We haven’t tested the theme with WooCommerce Event Tickets so we cannot guarantee it’s compatibility.
The events are added with “Timetable Responsive Schedule for WordPress” plugin which is included as a bundled plugin with the theme.

Will this theme be compatible with event hosting? Being able to purchase tickets for an event?

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs.
You can add tickets as a WooCommerce product and then add link to that product on single event pages so visitors can buy tickets.

The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

Hello – interested in purchasing this theme but would be using it for video episodes rather than events. Can the language of the theme be changed? For example, change “speaker” to “series”? Can portfolio items or blogs be used in place of events?

Labels in the theme can be translated and to translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin you can follow instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin.
Portfolio is not included as a custom post type with the theme, however blog posts and lists are included. You can create blog posts and add blog lists to the pages (for example, as shown in this homepage https://bluhen.qodeinteractive.com/webinar-home/ in the news section). Unfortunately, blog posts and events are not interchangeable, so event lists cannot show blog posts.
