This issue is usually related to your hosting server’s SSL or cURL settings. Please try the following:

1. Check SSL Certificate Ensure your domain has a valid SSL certificate installed and activated.

2. Enable cURL & OpenSSL Contact your hosting provider and ask them to verify that: cURL is enabled OpenSSL is up to date Outgoing connections to WordPress.org are not blocked

3. Increase PHP Configuration Limits Ask your hosting provider to set: PHP Version: 7.4 or higher (8.0+ recommended) max_execution_time: 300 memory_limit: 256M or more

Install Plugins Manually If automatic installation fails, you can download Elementor and WooCommerce directly from WordPress.org and upload them via Plugins → Add New.

Once these are in place, please try importing the demo again. If the issue persists, kindly share a screenshot of the error so we can investigate further.

We first check the latest version then use on test for our theme and we add the new updated plugin to our theme. you don’t need the updated ACF pro, you can do all things will that and our theme also working with that, why you every time say the update ACF Pro you need. if your need then you can buy personally. I think you are a professional and you should know that out dated plugins brings vulnerbilities and room threat. I bought two licences of your theme and your expect me not to say anything when it cant be updated? And secondly, I paid for support and you expect me to not talk when things are not right? Common! who does that.

I am not asking for customization, and your are not the only author I have bought from, when plugins used get outdate and cannot update automatically, they provide the updated version. I have not stepped out of my boundary Mr. Author please cut me some slack.

You can’t do this from Theme Settings. You need to do custom css for this in customizer add custom code.

You can search on google for that or basic css knowledge. Thanks
