Thank you for a great theme which I have been using for the past few years. I do have the following requests again. Please can you include in the next update the option to remove the “weekends”and additional guests” to prevent them from displaying under the “custom period pricing” section on the property listing if they have not been given a value? Additionally please can you have the number of ADULTS and CHILDREN displayed on the reservation request not just the number of guests? We require the count of adults and children for each booking and currently the theme combines the number of adults and children provided by the guest when inquiring and only displays a total guest count? Is it possible that the reservations can be edited. Currently if the booking dates change, you have to cancel the reservation and re-book it? This then displays to the guest that their booking was cancelled, rather then the dates only being changed? Lastly, is it possible to make the custom period pricing values editable? Currently you have to delete them and redo them should you wish to change the prices? Thank you.

1.- It´s possible to sync with Airbnb? I read that it´s possible via ical, but my question what´s the minimum amount of time to sync? I mean it´s possible to sync every 30 minutes or something like that? Because I don´t want that a user make a reservation on airbnb and other in my site for the same property.
2.- It´s possible to send a SMS and an email to me when a user makes a or makes an enquiry or a reservation?
3.- It´s possible to set an enquiry mode where user first ask via the website if the property it´s available or no, and manually check if it´s available and then send to the user a custom stripe link so the user can pay if I tell them that it´s available?

1) Yes, it is possible to sync with Airbnb using the iCal integration. The sync frequency can be set according to your preferences. You can choose to sync every 30 minutes or at a different interval to ensure that reservations are not double-booked.
2) The theme does not have a built-in feature to send SMS notifications. However, it does send email notifications to you when a user makes an enquiry or reservation. You will receive an email notification with the relevant details.
3) The Homey booking system is able to manage two types of reservations:
1. Request to book 2. Instant booking
In the first case, a user makes a reservation request and the listing author (Host) must confirm the reservation request. After the reservation is confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation notification and can proceed with the payment of the reservation.
In the second case, if your listing is set for instant booking and the reservation dates that the user has selected are available, the user can automatically continue to pay the reservation and at that point, the reservation is confirmed.

I mean, it´s not the same a price for a property reservation on december that in september. So I wonder if it´s possible to hace different prices/cost depending of seasons or specific dates.
I thought it would be the last question but this will be the last. The idea is that the site shows properties of only one person (administrator) other users will not be allowed to add their properties, only make reservations. Can the wordpress administrator user be the same as the properties or does it have to be different?

I’ve read through the comments to find more information on how Homey has structured the security deposit feature in Stripe. Currently, it looks like Homey adds the security deposit in as an actual “charge” instead of a “hold” which Stripe then applies their fee to. Is this correct?
I’ve also read that Homey’s only option for dispersing the security deposit funds back to the guest is by refunding manually. Do we manually refund the guest in the Homey theme or within Stripe? A lot of users are not tech friendly, so this could be a challenging step for some. Thanks!

PreSales Question: Is it possible to have options on AddOn Services for users to select number of guests who need that service e.g if user books for 4 people, but only one wants that addon service (lets say Massage) instead of calculating the addon service selction for all the 4 bookers?

I see in the documentation that if you divide the payment by 50%, for example, then the host can request the payment of the remaining 50% again?

In the Homey theme, the host has the option to request a payout from the website admin. However, the actual transfer of funds to the host needs to be done manually by the admin, in accordance with the payout method selected by the host in their profile.
Once the host requests a payout, the website admin will review the request and initiate the transfer of funds to the host’s designated payout method, such as PayPal or bank transfer. The admin will handle this process outside of the theme’s functionality, ensuring that the host receives the remaining payment.
