I dont have access to the old site as it was migrated from novakcollective.com to novak.uk. I cannot create a support ticket as your system says expired. I do not require wider support with the theme I just need to be able to activate it on our current domain. Thanks

Its not possible. Update your theme via Themeforest and update helper plugin.
