Hi, yes you can create any number of different calendars. Each calendar can have completely different product and/or payment settings. So if you use a different calendar, you can change it however you like.

And yes it can be configured to accept payment through any method you like, including PayPal and credit card.

Looks like Woocommerce is out of date for several templates. Can you updates these asap… please?

Those messages are generally a false-positive. What they are saying is not entirely accurate. WooCommerce updates very frequently and even though our templates are in fact compatible, if the version numbers don’t match exactly then it displays that message.

We have tested with the latest versions and don’t see any issues, nor have any issues been reported. We will update it in a release very soon so that the message doesn’t show, but there should be no issue in the meantime.

Can you please check PRIVATE TICKET #3213769. I removed the restriction and also did this: 1) This could be because WooCommerce sets a template for the Cart page. Try going in the WooCommerce settings, and setting the Cart page to a different page just for a moment – then go into the page and the setting should show so you can change it. Then you can set it back to the Cart page.

But unfortunately didn’t work. Sorry for my late reply and my support expired few days ago so would really appreciate if you can open this ticket and together solve the problem.

I have a question about the book-an-appointment form. When a booking is made by a non-user, then the form submission does not appear in the data layer. Also, whether it is completed successfully or produces an error, it doesn’t make any difference in the data layer. So, if there is an error, I don’t want to count it as conversion. Is there any way to mark the one from another and exclude it?

2. Yes, certainly. You can have as many or as few payment methods as you like.

Hi. I purchased your Theme a few months ago and it is out of support. However, I did all the updates accordingly and recently the page stoped working. the Kirki plugging that comes with the template and the Booked are unable to update and activate. I understand that the support expired, but this basic updates should be free forever as I purchased the theme. right?

You should be able to grab the very latest version from ThemeForest so you don’t pay for updates. Booked should be available straight away. I don’t know why technically it’s not updating for you. Can you email us directly with more info?

When adding tracking codes such as Google Analytics or Tag Manager, it’s best not to edit the theme files directly. The best practice is to use a plugin because that way you maintain your ability to more easily update your theme, and there are other benefits such as setting it to ignore admin users so you get more accurate data.

So my first recommendation would be to scroll further down the article you shared to the section that says “How to Add Google Tag Manager in WordPress With a Plugin” and follow that.

However if you don’t want to go that route, there are two files to edit:

/wp-content/themes/entrepreneurx/templates/head.php
/wp-content/themes/entrepreneurx/base.php

In addition to the booking system, our theme fully supports the WooCommerce plugin which enables the sale of products both physical and digital. So it’s possible that could work for you. If it doesn’t quite work how you want it to, there are many add-ons for WooCommerce, both free and paid, which add additional functionality like that.

Hi, we bought your theme on December 9, 2018, and only today it seems that it has become really necessary to make some updates in the system, which make us fear that the site may stop working. In order to have your support, we are ready to do the renewal, but before renewing, we would like to know if this kind of compatibility problem between wordpress, php and plugin versions, is something we could get your help with. Hi, we have released many updates since 2018, the most recent one was just a couple of weeks ago. As long as you update your theme as well the plugins to the latest versions, then everything should go smoothly. Still, we always recommend to make a backup.

Hello. Is there a way to remove ‘portfolio’ from the url? It seems that I can customize my link after ‘portfolio’ e.g. I have now ‘domain/portfolio/service 1’ and I want it to be ‘domain/service 1’. If it’s not supported, is there a way to add in the ‘portfolio grid’ module pages instead of projects? You can change the word Portfolio, under Appearance / Customize / Theme Options / Misc / Portfolio Custom Slug

Hello. Thanks for the answer. I changed it to ‘services’ however all my service pages lead to 404 error. I switched it back to portfolio and they work OK. So, how can I rename it without issues?

In WordPress, whenever a post type slug is changed, you may find you need to refresh the Permalinks setting as well: just go in the admin under Settings > Permalinks and at the bottom click Save Changes a couple times. That will remove the 404 error.
