Recently iy i purchase the third template from evanto and the template is full of errors when i download and work on my hosting site . when i reach out to the support . they are not helping properly. they just asking me for the login creedential for the hosting site . which iam not feeling safe to share with them . this is causing lots of frustration and now my credit going be bad in front of my client.

You can not update the WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider plugins in Appearance > Install Plugins. To update these 2 plugins, you need to delete them first. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install them again.

Hi, I see the new version of your theme was meant to include the new version of WP Bakery to fix the critical security issue in the last version; however, I don’t think it did include it as my client still has the old version of WP Bakery after updating to the latest version of your theme.

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

I noticed that the current version of your plugin includes WP Bakery 6.11.0, which has two XSS vulnerabilities per their change log. In 6.13.0 in their change log, they mention addressing these XSS vulnerabilities. I wanted to mention it to you so that you can get it updated in your theme asap. When do you think your theme will be updated with the new version?
