Does anybody has same issue with Sidebar Widget not working/showing in WooCommerce Checkout page? And I am also seeing this error in the WooCommerce status page – tripgo/woocommerce/content-product.php version – is out of date. The core version is 3.6.0, /tripidgo.com/hri/wp-content/plugins/reviewx/partials/storefront/myaccount/order-table.php version 7.0.1 is out of date. The core version is 7.8.0

I did try to log a support but it is asking me to renew support which is almost equivalent to a new license. I can’t afford that anymore. My site is not even in production/live and not getting any income yet. I just want to know why the sidebar is not showing in checkout page. Looks like a bug to me. Hi, You can edit checkout page and check Template setting. You should choose “Default Template” and display sidebar in General Settings.

Hi, that is exactly my config is. As mentioned the sidebar is there but it is blank. The sidebar widget has content on it and I can confirm that as other pages has sidebar showing but the checkout page it’s just blank.

Can you tell me with the tour management system, are you able to configure optional extras specifically to each person. Example: Traveller 1 needs insurance extra, traveller 2 needs insurance extra and motorbike extra. So we are able to see which specific traveller requires what. ...hope this makes sense!

I have just starting using this theme although I bought this long time ago. I am having issue with all the footers except footer 1 when opened in mobile device it is broken. I checked the footer 5 which I am planning to use in Builder Header Footer and it seems ok in there. Is this a bug or something? 1. How can I display the price in the product description let say Adults: 3 x $150/person? It is only showing (Adults: 3) at the moment.
2. How can we reflect the down payment let say 30% so customer can understand easily? At the moment, although the computation is correct but the amounts displayed is confusing. It shows the (30%) down payment amount as a price but the true price is not showing anywhere.

Is that possible by default? If not, would you consider making this customization?

3) Is the list of reservations available for each day with all the participants or only for the names and surnames of those who purchased?
4) For all purchases, can end customers access only with the “continue as guest” button without login or registration?

1) So can you make sure I can change the price on some days? Example in a week Saturday and Sunday at €20, Monday and Tuesday at 3pm and the other days at 5pm? and Repeatedly changing price?

We updated the theme on 11 May 2023, so please check you updated theme and plugin. For latest theme version: you will see iframe when create a tour.
