I have purchased this license and i used it on my store, then i deactivated this store 5ad0ca.myshopify.com , now i want to use the same envato theme for my new website, but it is giving me below mentioned error.

That license key has been invalidated, due to being active domain

while my old store of shopify is showing that there is no store or theme connected to this account.

I have an existed Shopify store and installed with a theme called “Wokiee – Multipurpose Shopify Theme” I would like to switch over your theme. I am wondering is there any documentation is provided and if so.. would it be difficult process which may require a lengthy of working time that make my current website offline. Hi there, thank you for your interest in our theme. You can not move the layout, or content of the old theme to the new theme, because the core of the 2 themes are different. I just noticed that the response speed of the theme editor is back to normal. I believe Shopify has finally realized the severity of the issue, and they are making changes. Anyway, the problem seems to be with Shopify’s latest update rather than the theme itself. I want to express my gratitude for the professional assistance from The4 Team. Thank you Team.

Kindly reply to my Ticket #439. A lot of sections are no where to be found in the new version as compered to old version.

I cannot believe how much time I wasted until now for the new version missing sections. I have to wait 1 day between every reply. I need my problem to be solved.

Below sections are missing:

Please can someone help me. The theme has recently been updated by a member of THE4 shop slightly slow. So I emailed to ask for a refund so I can start on a new theme but have since realised the theme has not been updated Although I was told it has and I am still on kalles 4.1 (hence why it may be slow) I have spoke to THE4 to ask the refund to be cancelled as I will be left without a shop and all I get in response is ‘the refund has requested’ no other form of help or forward plan just getting wrid of me. If the refund has been sent do I need to re purchase and can someone help me upload the up to date version as THE4 seem to be shoving me away instead of trying to help, I am worried the site will no longer be open and we have over heads and staff to pay I cannot have a closed site with no help at all. Please can someone who wants to help me actually help

Pls reply to ticket# 439. the theme is working now in the new store but i noticed that it is slower than it was in the old store and also the product default page is messing. I checked the product templates as well and nothing is there.

In 2022, the kalles theme was 29$ and it blew the internet. Kudos to the developers. Can we add some sale options as well ? Just a customer point of view since the price became 3x , I totally understand if that is not possible.

Hi, pls. reply to Ticket #439. I did remove the theme from old store and export it to a new store and the license not validated due to being active in old store. Pls. deactivate it in old store.
