Please on my site only employers can view candidate detail according to the restrict candidate i’ve chosen. But i notice that candidate that are connected to their account are not too even able to see their own CV like employers are seeing it.

They are receiving the same notification ’’You must be connected as employer to see CV’’. It shouldn’t be that way.

Please,how do i fix that so that candidates that are connected to their account can see their own CV without that notification ?

Oh come on! Please help me on that. My support has expired ! And for suggestion, please consider giving us a full documentation on the theme. We can have support all time as long as we have the theme. It is annoying.

I have had some issues with Careerup theme and i updated it recently with the latest theme version but nothing changed. the problems are 1. Am not able to use the Login/register button to login to the backend of the site anymore it keeps saying :Wrong username and password” and even after resetting the password it still does not work. 2. When candidates login they are not able to see jobs that they have applied even though site admin has received the application, but then when you add a job to your shortlist that shows up well and Job alerts also function well

I hope there will some updates that will fix these bugs in the theme otherwise it has worked very well for me despite it’s slowness

My support duration over. But I was able to deduct the issue which is when I activated the elementor, the site went down with this error. I thought that elementor is compatible with the theme!

I am currently facing two issues on my website related to the theme CareerUp. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving them.

1. The candidate and employer filter does not display the total number of profiles marked as hot and urgent, despite filtering the profiles accordingly. Although the filter is functional, it fails to display the count in the designated location.

2. I have been unable to install Elementor Pro due to issues updating Elementor. I have tried updating to versions higher than 3.5.6, but the website crashes, preventing me from accessing it. I have attempted to deactivate and uninstall other plugins in case of compatibility issues, but this has not resolved the problem.

I never used the support, would appreciate your guidance in resolving these issues.

You need to update latest version.

The latest version of the plugin that i have is Version 1.0.4. Your site comes up as a blank site so canțt really know what version is the latest.

I have 3 tickets regarding demo import. the support person Quan has not been able to log on my website claiming there might be an ip block. I have changed 2 host and all of them have confirmed that there is no ip block. Can you kindly find me a support person who is able to solve my problem?
