After updating to the latest version (v2) of the theme ‘scrolling’ on the frontpage isn’t possible anymore. It used to work like a charm. I’m using Firefox, Edge and Chrome (latest versions) on Windows11.

Hi Vault team, I was trying to get a support on “support@uicore.co” but the emails were undelivered.
I ve recently updated your vault theme to 2.0 version and after updating I am facing several issues like the blog featured image and post title not showing and pop-up getting a black screen even after closing,and can’t click on any items. you have to refresh the page every time.
I ve checked all the initial options like setting in blog section, clearing cache and bla bla. Nothing happened!

Hello Tasos, the new demo is called Online Store, and the update can be performed in Theme Options – Updates.
To make sure you’re getting the latest demo list, go to Theme Options – System – Refresh UiCore Data.
Hi Team, I installed the theme in my old domain, but due to expiration of domain. I deactivated license from there and activated in the new website. And don’t know what is the issue but i can’t use Element Pack Pro addons it’s saying invalid license.
My support expired so asking here.

Hello, please go to Theme Options – Save. This should activate the license.
Glad to see the price back at 39$. I think you should keep it this way and have big amount of sales.
How to activate the license?
We had purchased license long ago but are using it now. The theme and its required plugins are installed on a sub-folder for testing and unable to proceed at all.
The UI Core message reads “Please activate the theme to gain access to all functionalities and features, and make sure the theme name hasn’t been changed (use Admin Customizer instead).”
But there is no theme options, uicore connect has no option to add website domain so it works, how to get it working? Its been like 3 HRS and struggling.
As support has expired (that’s how long the theme was bought), we are posting it here, as there was no other option!
Somehow managed to get sites added via ur JS link but still UICore doesnt load

I was just about to purchase after playing with the demo then quickly realised there are no examples of a store. In fact, I couldn’t find any examples with products at all? I need store components. Do you have any examples?

Hi, the WooCommerce pages are not directly editable. You can use Theme Builder to overwrite the default pages, but you will need a dedicated plugin that offers WooCommerce widgets.

Well, none of our themes is focused on local businesses, but we recommend Vault, since it has 50+ starter websites.
You said I can use it for multisite? But if I use multisite for different domain names, do I need 1 licence or one per domain name? (domain1.com, domain2.com…) If I do 20 websites, it might cost me a lot…
Hi, usually, multisites use either subdomains or subfolders of the existing domain. In this case, you will only need one license.
However, for multiple domains, considering each domain represents an individual business, you will need to purchase individual licenses.
So every extra domain on a multisite will cost me $59 just to activate a license? You don’t have an offer for unlimited licences ?

So I am a long-time WP Bakery user and tried to give Elementor a try, even buying some themes that support it. I always come across the “Gotcha Moment,” where you are compelled to get Elementor Pro. I am not a fan of paying a subscription to something when its alternative is a one-time price and is the industry standard for the most part. Does your theme incorporate everything I need to take full advantage of your theme without having to purchase Elementor Pro? I also find myself having a love-hate with Elementor because something always seems to not work or hangs, and I assume a browser plugin that’s critical to me has conflicts with it. I only have 5 browser add-ons, and I cannot go without them.
