Hello, I bought this theme and I have updated my website to another server, but the purchase code has remained in the previous one. How do I use the purchase code in the new one.

to use the license on a new installation/domain, you have first to deactivate it on the old one.

You can do so by navigating Zante > Dashboard

I am trying to get my website back online but eagle booking is not working and the link provided with Zante theme does not work anymore.

The link https://api.eagle-themes.com/download/zante/*******/eagle-booking.zip does not download the last versione of the plugin. Can you help providing a new link or a bugfix in the reference?

My support has expired but since this is more a template bugfix, I hope you can get back to me here. Thank you.

Having restored the backup of eagle booking, it is not possible to edit or add a new room. Unexpected error page is returned.

Hello, i face an issue with the menu colors. I have picked blue color when hovering over the menu pages and it works when i am at the home page. If i hover over the menu pages from a different page for example the Contact page, the color of the titles is yellow. Can you help please?

Also i would like to note that this doesn’t happen on the sticky header of the menu. It only happens when i am at the top of the page. If i scroll down a little, the hovering color gets blue, as wanted.

Hi, pre-sale question.

Is it possible to have discounted pricing depending on the number of days booked? For example it’s cheaper each night when you book 7 nights instead of just 1, is that available? If yes can this be combined with seasonal prices too?

At this stage discounts can only be provided only by using coupon codes. There is no option to provide discounts based on booking nights.

I’m not sure what you mean by “attack on this theme”. No one is attacking a “theme”, if they are attacking your website then this has nothing to do with our theme.

Zante is a standard WordPress premium theme, and complies to all security requirements. Moreover, as you can see, there are no comments, excepts yours, by our customers related to security of our theme.

If your website is getting attacked, then you should use third party plugins for extra security.

Hi, it has everything to do with this theme, the security was so low, they found an easy way in!

I run multiple webshops and sites, non of them got attacked in the last 20 years. This one got attacked within weeks

Meaning on admin side – Like I am the admin and Can i create 5 users ( my staff) who can do/manage the booking on seperate locations? but with limited access to dashboard??

Hi again,

To manage bookings (edit & delete) the staff must have at least an editor role, and they can manage bookings only via the WP Dashboard as there is no dedicated frontend panel for the staff.

You can create as many editors as you like using the default WordPress option. Moreover, only admins can access the booking system settings like the payment settings.

If by “separate locations” you mean to assign editors per hotel branch, then this is not possible at this stage.

hi is there a way to add customs icons on services? I want to add them with SVG format but it seems that it doesnt support, or how can I add customs font icons to do so… or am I only allowed to upload service icons with png format only?

by default, WordPress does NOT allow the upload of SVG for security reason.

You can enable the option to upload SVG by using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/safe-svg/

hello, I already have a license, but the support expired, if I purchase another license, will the support cover all licenses?

Do you have a Calendar sync option between the booking.com calendar and the site’s built-in booking calendar?

If currently not available, is there any estimated date to get this feature? Or any third-party plugin recommendation for doing this job?

It’s very important to sync the calendar to prevent overbooking.

Hi there,

I have a few pre-sale questions if that is OK?

1. If I wanted the room to be available for 2 adults as standard but if they wanted to add 2 children, charge extra – is there a way that this can be done on the guest selector when the book the room? Or would I have to use this as an additional service?

2. On the additional services, is there a way they can select the services for just one night if they are staying for 3 nights? Or would I have to have them as separate additional services such as WIFI for 1 night, WIFI for 2 nights etc?

3. The check availability bar that is on the home pages – can this be moved over the main slider? Is the slider Rev slider or something else?

Sorry for all the questions but I love this them and am hoping it will fit all my customer requirements.

1. You can set a price for extra adult/children, however, still you have to set the max adults/children number. The guests selector can not be changed.

2. No, this is not possible. You can set the additional price only per trip or booking nights.

3. Yes, you can add the search form where ever you want using WPBakery Page Builder or via shortcode.

There is no such a built-in feature at this time, but this sounds a good feature that can be added in the future.

For now, I’m sure there are a lot of third party plugins that you can use to pin the hotel branches on the map like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-map-plugin/
