Hi, does shairing of post, products, projects etc have whatsapp shairing option? In DEMO I could see only FB, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest. If not, any plans to add more shairing options. Whatsapp is very prevelant in our part of the world.

Hi, I’m trying to edit the main WooCommerce shop page with Elementor, but unfortunately, it hangs during the Elementor loading process. I’m not sure if this is a bug, so I would prefer to ask for your assistance. I have already attempted to create a blank page, edit it with Elementor, and save it. Afterward, I selected the same page as the main shop page in the WooCommerce settings, as shown in this screenshot:

However, when I try to edit the page again with Elementor, it hangs and asks me to switch to safe mode. This is a peculiar issue since my entire website is built with Elementor.

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

I purchased your template a few days ago, and now I’ve decided to start testing it. Since I have little experience in this matter and need to learn and figure everything out, I’m using a free 30-day hosting service where they provided me with a temporary website address.

My question is: if I activate the license on this temporary website and then spend one or two weeks studying and configuring the theme I need, can I transfer the configured template to the new main domain that I purchased later? In that case, will I be able to remove the license from the testing site and activate it on the new main domain?

Will I have to purchase a new license?

I’m creating a page full of statistics for our social media handles. I’ve created some php code that pulls this data and then I’ve made a shortcode to use on the front-end.

The issue is, when I paste this shortcode in the counter (number field), it doesn’t work. I can see why, but is there a way to have a counter that is updated automatically instead of manually? I just want to paste a shortcode that is active – or if this is not possible, is there a way to style the text around my shortcode so it behaves just like a counter?

Hey, (1) a few months ago you helped me to keep the text menu from the desktop version in the mobile version, and now I need to have the possibility to set the hamburger menu for the mobile version but I can’t reverse the text menu from the mobile version.

(2) In the mobile version, I want that some elements would be boxed (like the footer in the attached image) but it is not possible to get it (not even with code), if I apply margins it just move the box to the right (creating a margin in the left but cutting the image on the right): https://ibb.co/34J1gmw

Hi, I need an help with a possible Ohio proprietary Colabrio function on WooCommerce shop page.

I have configured WooCommerce to allow the digital downloads. To avoid a user add a document to the cart, I installed a plugin that allow users to download a document directly from the shop page and also from the product page. The plugin name is: Free Downloads WooCommerce https://wordpress.org/plugins/download-now-for-woocommerce/

This plugin change the Read more button to Download to allow a direct download. Sadly this button does not work with Ohio, Ohio once clicked open the product page. Disabling Ohio and using any other theme (it is good a standard WordPress free theme), the button work properly.

I think there is a kind of PHP function Ohio use when a user click on the Read more button. It is possible to disable the Ohio function on the Read more button to allow the Free Downloads WooComerrce to work properly?

First of all Congrats on one of the best, clean and minimal yet highly focused UX themes.

Before buying I was just comparing Ohio and Stockie themes, as my primary purpose is to build a woocommerce store.

1. Ohio doesn’t seem to have multi-step checkout like stockie.

2. Also, I didn’t see RECENTLY VIEWED, FREQUENTLY BOUGHT TOGETHER, Customer who bought this also bought this, Subscribe and Save etc( Or, do both the themes have compatibility with any 3rd party plugin to achieve this )

3.  I intend to create an AMAZON PRIME-like feature using a membership, subscription and pricing and discounting 3rd party plugins - will you be able to suggest the most compatible plugins to achieve this?

4. Is there a header builder as stockie theme doesn’t seem to have WISHLIST ( heart icon ) in the header?

5. Does the theme have POP UP Sign up/log in with social login functionality? ( Or any compatible plugin you will suggest)

6. Also sticky footer ( like CENA, URNO, and Greenmart themes have )

7. Also instead of tabs for description, review and additional information – the best UX practice is to have an accordion below ADD TO CART on the right column. Let me know if this is possible.

Let me know if you will have support or will provide support with 3rd party plugins to achieve the above in either of the themes so that I can proceed to buy.
