What do you mean by saying “not work”?
This section is Mozaic profiles and works specifically. If you have fewer profiles than you selected in this option, then mozaic profiles do not show at all: DateBook -> Dashboard -> Profiles -> Normal profiles: quantity to show.
For example: if you have 25 profiles with images, but you selected to display 45 profiles, then mozaic profiles will not display.
Solution: select the lowest number 15 profiles in this option: DateBook -> Dashboard -> Profiles -> Normal profiles: quantity to show.

What you say is very strange. I successfully installed the theme on your website. I successfully saved the settings. Your website works properly.
If the settings did not save, then your will not display at all.
First, you are using the cache plugin. Deactivate it while you are testing the website.
Second, I guess you are testing your website on mobile only. In this case, delete the cache in your mobile, each time you open a page.
what? you never installed theb theme, i installed myself. maybe you confuse me with another person. so,: my website not work properly as yous ay. cache plugin it couldn’t be the problem, because as i explained you, i Purge the cache every time after i make some modification. anyway, cache is disabled now, and the bug is still here. i not test my website with mobile, but with computer (i dfont know why you even say this), i tried just one time with mobile and let you know the issue i found. it’s clear now? SAVINGS are not working at all. for example, ireeprat it 10 times i think: the welcome message, if i change it for other languages, it display always the same. please, you have my credentials, check by yourslef. thanks
I have corrected all issues. Now, the child theme can save the settings.
The welcome message displays in different languages. I tried to switch on French, German and etc. the text was displayed in those languages.
Language menu can be displayed as a list only. Dropdown menu is still under development.
you corrected on my website or was in your last updates files? about saving i didn’t talk about child theme, but normal theme (on my website, the normal theme is actived now, not the child). welcome messages it was displaying in differents languages already, but if you read good what i wrote , problem was not about this, but about MODIFICATIONS in the welcome message.

Hi. It is good you found where to add genders. You can add or change genders here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Custom fields -> Gender.
Yes, the theme settings did not save correctly. But that bug was fixed in in the latest update 4.7.0. Please, install it.

If yes, then, you should enable one of Payment gateways and Subscription plans. The fact is that Subscription checks and controls all Top and Featured positions. If Subscription is not enabled, then Top and Featured statuses are not checked and not disabled.

One more thing. If Subscription is enabled, then, please, check this option: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Subscription -> Check for expired subscriptions, Top and Featured statuses every.

Dropdown and List Language menus do not work yet. We added those options very recently. They are in test mode at the moment. They will be completed in the next update. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Regarding “Saving”. Some new options were added in the theme settings (version 4.6.9). Saving did not work properly, because it depends on hosting server. But in the latest update 4.7.0, we fixed the issue. Now Saving must work correctly.

Good. You should increase this option “max_input_vars” from 1000 to 2000.
For this do the following:
1) open the file “php.ini” on your server.
2) find the line with the word “max_input_vars”. Uncomment it if it is
3) change its value from 1000 to 2000.
Done! Reboot server.
1) Now, go to the theme settings WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard.
2) Update the page with CTRL + F5.
3) Save the theme settings. Click on the Save button.
Now, everything must work properly.

Hi MihailovRA. I do not know. But I think, profiles are the custom posts which work the same way as usual posts. Thus, any export plugin could help export profiles.
But the MySQL database has 11 additional tables. You have to manually export them from your database by help of phpMyAdmin:

I downloaded twice the files from here (yesterday and now), but the issue still exist and the site is partially broken Maybe because the plugin still being on the earlier version. I am preparing a new update 4.7.0 with some bug fixes. I will pack all files with the latest packing software (WinRAR or something else).
It’s very strange then why it occurs. Never happened it before. For me 2 of 2 times was wrong.

Meanwhile, I would like to ask some questions. I wanted to put it later to check, maybe the 4.6.9 update has fixed it, but I couldn’t do that. Maybe one them could be put in that new update.
1. We use only Top Status. However, Featured Status still appear on user’s profile. (Feature is disabled in settings and disabled in Subscriptions too)
2. In Subscription cannot be translated the word “days” of ”/ x days” where price appears. (our site is in Hungarian.) However all the site is already translated to Hungarian by us, it would be important to able to translate it too.
As we investigated it’s in one the following files:
- this is maybe not declared in .po?!
templates/payment/profile-subscription-plans-list.php fájlban a 480-487
- or this:
includes/class-datebook-utilities.php:2010-2038
3. The “Browse” text by upload photos is not translatable. Earlier you said that it comes from browser’s language settings, but we found it in CSS in:

Hi. This is impossible. Few hours ago, I checked it on our side, on customer’s website. Also, Envato checks/unzips/uploads it before approving it.
Please, try to download and upload the archive file from different browsers again.
I did it, I downloaded the file separately without documentation, then everything was downloaded and opened
i always get this warning: “We have detected you never saved theme options. It is required to function properly. Go to Theme Options page and click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.” even after saving
This message means that the theme settings were not saved yet. If you save but still see that message, then something goes wrong. Try to do the following:
1) Update the theme to the latest version 4.6.9. Now it can save much more data.
2) If your MySQL database has improper charset, then non-English or unusual symbols can be not saved. Try to remove all Emojis here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Chat and Messages -> Emoji icons. After that, try to save the theme settings.
If it all does not help, then, if possible, you should re-create your MySQL database with charset “UTF8”, somethings like this (utf8_general_ci).

You can add/remove more items to the menu here: WordPress -> Appearance -> Menu -> open the Footer for editing.
Archive and Categories are widgets. You can remove them here: WordPress -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer 1 (English).
