By enabling the “Send Enquiry Button Link” from theme options, add to the cart can be replaced with a send form (screenshot).
By clicking the button, customers can leave requests.

The WooCommerce is a required plugin by the theme and will be installed during the demo import.
The plugin with theme settings, allows you to create products, without selling them online.

@yeitotech Sounds like you may need to unzip/extract the Zip file first. The zip has the full theme and a Child Theme (optional). In the zip you should find another zip called manufacturer-1.3.9.zip. That’s the one you want to upload.

One of the reasons you may receive this error is if you have uploaded the incorrect file. You need to extract and locate the installable WordPress file from the full theme package. I had issues after updating. Only the Home page showed up and all other pages were white. I ended up having to install WooCommerce in order for the theme to work even though I don’t use it and it shows as Recommended. Try this out if this happens to you after updating plugins and core.

The main menu disappeared after the Theme update. 1.3.5->1.3.9 All plug-ins are updated.

Hi I purchased this theme a while back, and everything was fine for a while. But the elementor editor now, wont load. It basically just Hangs and doesnt display, ive increased the memory limits via the cpanel as well as the through the WPconfig file. Ive done the changing of the way elementor loads in the elementor advance settings … i even went the route of disabling ALL plugins and leaving only elementor on. the elementor still wont load , and safemode wont help cause its missing half the content , if one presses save on that it then saves it without the content and one cant get it back.
What can be the cause of this ? Please help

If you deactivated all the plugins as well, that means that the issue comes from the Elementor and server configurations. You can check your server error logs by contacting your hosting provider team. On our live testing sites, we didn’t receive any such kind of issues with the Elementor plugin

Moreover, If you have changed the images and they are not reflecting on the front end, please ensure that there are no caching restrictions in place. In such cases, it is recommended to deactivate any additional third-party and caching plugins to recheck the changes.

The header and footer appearance depends on the template settings that you set directly under the WordPress dashboard > Appearance > elementor header/footer builder section, by editing footer templates you can set on what pages the footer template should be displayed. Please note that these Elementor header/footer builder settings do not depend on the theme settings by default

I know this theme supports the WPML plugin, but after installing and activating it, the header and footer disappear. I would appreciate a solution to this problem.

Please note, that the header and footer areas are part of the Elementor Header/Footer builder plugin in general, and the theme options don’t control the translation processes by the WPML plugin.
The site translation process is not something that is included in the theme support by default according to the ThemeForest support policy > https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy.
You need to translate Header and Footer templates separately. For detailed instructions, we highly recommend you contact the WPML plugin authors directly. Also, we can recommend you to check the following topic > https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translating-the-elementor-header-and-footer-templates/

I recently updated to the latest version and realized that in the shop, the products are now always shown in the list view, even if the setting or the toggle is set to the grid view. I think this is a bug since clicking the view toggle doesn’t change the view at all.

Please make sure that you updated all the plugins as well under the appearance > install plugins section. If the issue will be still there on your site, I can recommend you recheck the case by deactivating your child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well
