On header & footer builder – into logo add on – style tab – we have option for changing the logo height – if you will add logo height – then width with increase proportionally.

Sometime demo will not work if your server configuration will not match with our theme requirement. Please update the following settings of your server according to our theme requirement. mod_security = Disabled
OpenSSL must be enabled.PHP memory_limit = 256MPHP max_execution_time = 600PHP Post_max_size = 64MPHP upload_max_filesize = 128Mmod_security = Disabled
After updating the setting try to import demo data again. If still not worked try to send me admin access and purchase code I will try to help you.

It is a nice theme overall. However, I find that I have been having issues with editing the pages and the changes actually rendering. Especially where the “RS” Elements are concerned. I have tried to edit the team profiles and it didn’t work. Same thing with other RS elements. I thought maybe RS Element settings would help but that only turns a feature off and on. I found that the documentation was not useful in offering any kind of helpful guidance in reference to these elements.
I would be very grateful for some assistance please. (I can share screenshots if need be.)

From Elementor setting did you check the post types – Team, Portfolio and Events. In our documentation have Elementor setting. After checking the post types – you can able to edit the team member profile using elementor. We designed the team member profile page using Elementor. Check following links for details:

1. Where I can find the icons used in the contact form 7 select from? 2. I’m not using the CPT (Events, Testimonials, Portfolios). How to disable or remove? 3. Most important, is there are PSD for the used assets e.g. page header images or sliders or textures in the footer and around the website?

Hello! I Purchased this them today and got theme files . Facing an issue when import in website . After Uploading it shows in Appearance -> Themes but when trying to Activate it then it shows error ” There has been critical error on website ” and break the webiste. Please Resolve this issue Thanks

You can change or edit text from header from our header and footer builder using Elementor. Try to look video:

i manage my own server so i made sure all requierments were ok i play changing to PHP 7.4 , 8.0 or 8.1 get same error..
This is not php version related issue. Your hosting don’t’ allow to read bcom-customizer.dat file. Showing 403 fobidden. You can contact your hosting hoping they will help you. Otherwise you can send your website admin access – I will import it for you. Thanks

Yesterday I tried to import demo data 03 times. Always getting import complete message. But showing some pages are deleted. May be your hosting having cache. Did you deleted some pages after importing demo data?? Always showing same result. Can you check your hosting space or cache??
I did not get any Import Complete message. I tried twice. It was giving me 503 error and was clearly telling that Import Failed. What do I check in my hosting?

Hello, i updated the theme. After the updating, slugs section removed from options. Top Bar menu is missing still. I’m waiting for fix.

2) We still didn’t implement offcanvas for this theme. In customizer have option. We will add that one very soon.
