Hello, I don’t understand anything about the installation of this theme. I want exactly the website like the demo. i sent you an email right now on the support with all the credentials. i want someone who can import the full demo. for 113 dollars. i was expecting a theme could be installed easily. its so hard. i need someone who can import everything to make my life easier when i start to work on the project. i need the demo exactly as it is on your demo page to start to modify and add my own articles.. from there i will make a backup and start to add my contents. please help ..
UPDATES : after few hours, I understand, you have to do everything manually. now i have problem with colors. how do i change the css color of the timeline for example . where is it located ?

Hello, I was trying to find a way to contact support but no longer see that option unless I am missing something?
I seem to be having some issues with my current Magic theme. I was doing some updates and everything is working fine until I try to update to PHP version 7.4 I did contact my hosting provide and they tried to help the best they can but told me to contact either the theme creator or a Wordpress expert.
Everything seems to be working fine on version 7.3 but I do have some plugins that require 7.4 or higher. So, when installing the 7.4 version the website it self seems to work fine and can access that. But as soon as I log into the admin panel I get the critical error message and have no access to anything.
Please let me know if you have any ideas/input on this so I can try and get every up to date and working properly again.

The issue has been successfully resolved, and the PHP version has been updated to the latest release.
The problem was in WP_MEMORY_LIMIT

I just wanted to see if we have any current updates for this theme? It looks like it’s been a couple of years since anything. Also, in my plug-ins panel through Wordpress It’s showing my current theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Along with a couple of others. So, just curious if any updates are going to be made to stay with the current versions or not? Thanks.

I put in a request ticket back in Jan 2nd for a refund of a single license as I didn’t realize I had already purchased this but was not currently using it on the site. I also did a follow up request back on Jan 5th. I have still yet to hear back from anyone using the support system.
