I use your theme for many years and I love to work with it. Lately I work more on details and I noticed on the products after I open them the images are blurry, looks very low quality. But if I click on them to enlarge the quality is perfect. Could you please take a look what should be wrong with them? I’ve run a regenerate thumbnails, it didn’t solve the problem. Hi! Can I use the standard image gallery from WooCommerce? I would like to use a “LivePreview” plugin and this only works if I don’t use your theme gallery. Is there a way to disable it? The programmer of the app: “Your theme has a custom WooCommerce gallery template. This means that it does not follow the WooCommerce standard way of displaying the gallery template. The Live Content Preview add-on works on themes that follows or uses the WooCommerce standard way of displaying the gallery template. Therefore, it does not work. However, if I switch themes (default WordPress themes) it works. I would suggest reaching out to the support/developer of your theme and kindly ask them for guidance on how to use the default WooCommerce standard way of displaying the gallery template.”

Hello, I have been trying to update the WP Bakery Page Builder for a few weeks and I keep getting an update failed notification. Would you happen to know if there is something that might be causing this?

You can not update the WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider plugins in Appearance > Install Plugins. To update these 2 plugins, you need to delete them first. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install them again.

in your latest update I have not received revolution slider and wpbakery Plugins, please include plugins in your theme

We have been running BoxShop for several years and love the theme. But recently we have two problems. One is that the shopping cart won’t show a buy or purchase button on Mac (in both Chrome and Safari). You can fill out the credit card info but there is no button to complete the purchase.

2nd – for people not on Mac who try to purchase, the purchase will not go through. How do I fix this? Here is the site.

Problem 1.

Thumbnail images not working when clicked. This is happing on product pages.

Hello,

I am having issues with menues, custom links and URLs.

I have changed the custom links to no longer have a link, but when you go onto a incognito browser, mobile phone or other browser the data hasn’t updated and it still has a clickable link.

This isn’t the case on my normal Google Chrome window.

Hi, I have updated to the latest version of the theme BOXSHOP. I am trying to set up a portfolio section and have some questions.

1. It hasn’t pulled across the content from my portfolio from my previous theme – how do I access all this content?

2. I have added some demo content to the portfolio section – but none of the images will link to the their content. Where do I edit this?

3. I have checked in ‘screen options’ but I cant see where I select ‘page options’.

Do you have any documentation that gives details of how to set up a portfolio?

We restored the site from the WHM backup, but I would like to know, how to avoid this in the future. I have had backup in the theme options/backup, but that backup was missing too.

HI! I have a problem in the product pages: I have the main photo and the gallery images but if I click on an image in the gallery it is not displayed as the main image. As the main image, it always remains the one I set as the main image. What can I do to fix the problem?
