Hi team Just updated Powerkit for Authentic. Instagram still doesn’t work. {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}

Tried also Business / but leads to “App not active This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.”

Note : on the plugin ( I tried to read the doc via the link you put in : Business Account Please make sure you link your Instagram Business account to a Facebook page. This is required to display number of followers, likes, comments and profile image. Please follow this link to learn more about linking your Instagram account to a Facebook page.

Instagram Business account backend link URL is leading to 404.

Using your theme for several years. Instagram connect DOES NOT CONNECT anymore. ALL OF A SUDDEN I disconnect, refresh and connect again. CODESUPPLY appears to connect well on my insta account. Still it retrieves this on my site :Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘MYIDNUMBERXXX’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation

EDIT: I was able to find it. It’s not within the page anymore, it’s when you go to “Pages” in Wordpress, click “Quick Edit” on desired page and choose canvas fullwidth from there!

In order to add sections to new pages, we have to enable “Canvas Fullwidth” however, this feature is no longer showing up in Wordpress. Your video tutorial on making pages and finding this toggle is from 3 years ago and no longer current now that the toggle has disappeared. I keep getting a “To use this block, please select the page template – ‘Canvas Full Width’” error. Can’t find the toggle anywhere in Wordpress editor. But can’t create my necessary pages without it because it won’t add sections.

Any way to reset license in able to use it.

Hello. Your wordfence on support system is too aggressive and it restricts my ability to call for support. Anyways. I have changed the logo to my own but it reverted to “girlboss” (I have used demo settings before in “appearance” section). Now that I have reset it, it went back to my settings but displays “text” instead of “logo image”. Regardless of settings in Appearance, this thing does not change. I would like to sort it out as it’s obviously a bug. It used to work before but somehow reset.

Again, after an hour, still cannot login into support system because of Wordfence. I think there must be some cache because now, that I have somehow solved the first problem, the logo is different between main page and post page (post page has previous version). Dark mode is OK. Please disable this wordfence nonsense as I have no time to fiddle with it, it also does not like when there are “quotes” in the ticket text…
