I have purchased another theme, and the demo files of it were broken, so I decided to find another theme, I was searching for themes who have marketing demos and I really liked Sandbox, because I was hurrying up to find the theme for my website, I liked its demo content and I didn’t check good that it’s not a WordPress Theme, after the purchase I realized that it’s not the WordPress Theme, and I saw that you can’t make refunds for orders that were made by mistake, but I saw that you also have the WordPress theme, and I would like to ask one more time if there is any way for me to get refunded for Bootstrap 5 Template and pay the Bootstrap WordPress Theme?

I purchased your theme and am trying to import the data. It seems that the tool that you provide has a memory leak. I’ve had to use an intermediate wordpress server with 8gb of memory to import any data and then transfer it to a smaller server since the resources aren’t needed.

Please fix your data import plugin so that servers with smaller memory can import your resources.

The 8gb intermediate server that I am using has about 200 mb of free memory when your tool is almost done importing. This is definitely a problem.

I’ve tried your suggested parameters for php but that’s not the problem, the server itself is running out of memory.

Please help me in that asap, Godaddy already mentioned about this vulnerability and told us to stop our services in next 24 hours.

the demo content has been installed correctly but when i went to check on chrome, and see the mobile responsiveness of the theme.. this is the result..

I have disabled all my post and pages, header, footer templates from the previous theme.

Please let me know how to fix this, thanks
