Dear customer , the issue you encountered was linked to your hosting service provider, and once the migration to the new server was completed, all that was required of you was to request deactivation of the old license. However, when I requested the necessary data from you, you suddenly vanished and began accusing me of ignoring your messages, which is completely untrue. When you requested a refund we asked for your site details and you again ignored any messages but in the end again you say it’s me ignoring you and insulting . Our correspondence is preserved and is our proof . Although I am not fond of the language you employ and the methods of pressure , you can still contest my decision by presenting an argument to envato. Thanks .
The problem is that you are lying rather helping out, i have never managed to activate any license, i bought a brand new server after your constultation, even bought other themes from envato but yours does not work i never activated anything so basically you sold me a 3mb theme i cannot do anything with not only did i loose money on this, also spent 2 weeks of time asking you for a refund and never one, not once did you even bring that up

1. Is there a normal user account and a business owner account? Or does every user have the ability to create places? If this is the case, then how can we monetize site to specific users (businesses only)? Can creating places be turned off for some users or not?
2. Can places be re-assigned to another user? We are going to be creating multiple places using just one admin account and we will ask business owners to claim this businesses if it is theres by providing some documents. When they do, can we move a place from admin owner to another user owner?
3. Is there a user verified badge feature? To increase site reputation.
These are some of the questions we were unable to answer with the demo when about to make purchase. Looking forward to your answers.
