We can renew our support if we need to, but I wanted to see if there was a simple answer to an issue we’ve had with our theme. It’s on the Donor Box widget within Elementor. When you click on an Image in your Donor Page here: https://klbtheme.com/act/elementor/donors/ – it adds the Image to the URL (for example: https://klbtheme.com/act/elementor/donors/#prettyPhoto[1]/5/) When I click on “Shasta Carter”). There are three issues with this: 1.) When I go to – https://klbtheme.com/act/elementor/donors/#prettyPhoto[1]/5/ – no image comes up. So, there is no value to the URL. 2.) The image does come up when I refresh after going to the URL, but it doesn’t pull up the correct image, it pulls up the previous image: https://klbtheme.com/act/elementor/donors/#prettyPhoto[1]/4/ – if I refresh again, it takes me to https://klbtheme.com/act/elementor/donors/#prettyPhoto[1]/3/, etc. 3.) The words “prettyPhoto” is a little strange to put into a URL when sharing a profile. So, we want to change the words “prettyPhoto” with something else. Almost anything else.

Again, if I need to renew support to answer this, I might be able to get that, but the client also might decide to use a different theme if we can’t resolve this as we’ve had other issues also.

The Item Details page lists the current version at 3.1.4 but when I download the theme files, I am still at 3.1.3. I’m not seeing an update available in wordpress for the theme. Can you ensure the themeforest files and details page are correct?

Hi! I am trying to use WPML but have some trouble. If I set for example Russian language as default and open English version, donation form at first goes in English. But when I change payment method some phrases turn to Russian. When I change method back they are still in Russian. The strange thing is that when I look to the page code using ctrl+u all is written correctly but when I look with element inspector language is Russian. Arguments: en-au I changed moment.lang to moment.locale in the bootstrap-datetimepicker.en-au.js, I didn’t see that worning but problem still appears.

I brought this theme awhile back and just updated the theme to the latest version, and it has crashed my site. I’m getting a message that says this theme failed to load properly and was paused within the backend
