Hello … I cant seem to figure out where I can customise the Meta Title and Meta Description for the homepage of the website.
I know there is a site title & tagline but when I populate these fields – they are both replicated within the meta title and meta description.
I have Yoast Installed by the way.

After the last Wordpress update I can’t update the Kreativa template. Trying to change any option in any of the template menus always results in the same thing: displaying the “Error Saving” message and of course, there are no changes in the service. I am using Kreativa theme and when I am trying to save the footer content under Appearance > theme options > footer. It is giving me an “Error Saving” I have done all the troubleshooting by deactivating plugins, turn it on one by one, switched the themes, etc. Can you please tell me how it will be fixed?
This same issue is with other client too but I can’t see any solution to fix it. Thank you!!

Could you post to support forum on this. Currently your username can’t be verified for purchase.
The issue is likely due to WordPress ajax call restriction. This can affect multiple sites if they are hosted in the same host.

Hi there, I´m not able to update my Footer´s information:
Appearance/ them options/ Footer: Vertical Menu footer Copyright text and Page footer Copyright text.
When I change the text and press “Save all options” I receive a Error Saving! alert.
Everything is updated to last versions, thanks!
Correction, I can’t save any change in theme options!
Hi, This sounds like javascript error. Could you check with other plugins which is active that might be causing conflicts. You can deactivate them to see if this is the case and to pinpoint the plugin reactivate them one by one by checking theme options.

Hi, admin-ajax.php is a core WordPress file. It should not return a 404 unless your webhost is restricting it. Some hosts can prevent ajax calls. But that’s a core feature of WordPress and will return in error if it is. Could you contact your webhost to find why it is returning a 404 error.

Hi there, im not receiving a 404 error visually, the problem is saving changes in Theme Options, when I set for the first time the Demo import, it does save the first change I make, but then when I try to save another change, it show me at the top of the page a red message SAVING ERROR! And of course don’t save the changes. The error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found): admin-ajax.php is showed on the browser´s console

Question Regarding Portfolio Tag Filters…
Is there any way to set specific tags/categories to the filters for portfolios? E.g… I would like a filterable page for a parent category that only shows its subcategories in the filter bar. I can’t see how to do this, but it might not be a possibility.
Hi, You can add categories to portfolio posts and then specify the category slug name to list in the Portfolio block in page builder.

Will Kreativa be compatible with Wordpress 6.2.2 and PHP 8.2 soon? I’m currently having to downgrade to Wordpress 6.1.3 and PHP 7.4 for all to work correctly. The Media Library wouldn’t load (just kept spinning) when I tried to create pages when I was running Wordpress 6.2.2 and PHP 8.2. My host service downgraded Wordpress and PHP so that this feature would work.
