Hello I’ve purchased the streamit theme I have been trying to import demo data of the theme for the past three days but it is showing error I’ve also contacted to the support they are responsive but they also can’t resolve the issue I have also changed my hosting settings to the theme requirements but still the issue remains. Hi, I can see that you added PMP in addition to PMS as an option but from what I understand the switch need to take place only After installation, this already gave me some issues so wanted to know if you are going to make it easy and let us chose the one we want while in the installation wizard process?

1. To add a download link, you need to edit any movie, and from the sources, you can add a new source and at the bottom you will see the download URL section. See the screenshot. Also here is the live demo link, where you can see the multiple download sources. Open the link and navigate to the sources tab https://wordpress.iqonic.design/product/wp/streamit/movie/sand-dust/
2. You can add multiple sources, which will provide multiple download links. You can add Google drive links or links from any 3rd Party download link, provided it is a valid downloadable link.
3. When a user clicks on the video link hosted on Google Drive (or any other platform), the video is streamed or downloaded from the third-party server to the user’s device. The bandwidth used in this scenario is attributed to the third-party hosting provider and not to your website’s server.

Hello, I have a question regarding the Streamit 3.0 | Video Streaming WordPress Theme + RTL. I really like the theme and think it would be perfect for my next project. The only uncertainty I have is about the single page profiles and the overall display of specific movies. I would like to create a website that primarily focuses on reviewing certain films, and I like your demo “movie style.” Now, my question is whether there is a possibility to completely disable the streaming option. I probably wouldn’t even embed trailers from YouTube; instead, the featured images would be clickable images. For example, on the homepage (https://wordpress.iqonic.design/product/wp/streamit/movies-style/), there is a carousel with certain movies, and when you click “play now” or “watch trailer,” the movie starts streaming. Is there a way to reconfigure the buttons (without hard coding) so that clicking on the button or anywhere on the image takes the visitor to the individual page of that movie? Also, let’s take the example of going to an individual movie page, such as https://wordpress.iqonic.design/product/wp/streamit/movie/euphoria/. Is it possible to edit that individual page? Since I don’t need a video player, I would replace it with a large featured image and change the layout below it. In your YouTube tutorial, I saw that there’s an option called “Choose movie method” when adding a new movie.

You have the option to remove the “Watch Trailer” button. The “Play Now” button redirects users to the movie’s detail page by default.
To customize individual pages, follow these steps:
1. Copy the “single-movie.php” template into the child theme directory.
2. Activate the child theme.
3. Modify the copied template in the child theme to meet your requirements.
Please be aware that coding will be necessary to display the featured image and make the images clickable. The movie method allows you to input the URL of the movie, but custom coding is needed to display and link the featured images appropriately.

why i cant find tv series with your importer
The Streamit content importer does not currently support the addition of TV shows. However, you can use the importer provided by the third-party plugin MasVideos to import TV series. To access the importer, go to Admin Dashboard -> Tools -> Importer. Before proceeding, make sure to enter the TMDB API key in Appearance -> Customize -> MasVideos -> General.

Streamit does provide support for Vimeo video hosting. As long as the Vimeo video is embedded using an iframe, there should be no difficulties in displaying the Vimeo player on your website.

There are various well-known video player options to choose from, including “The Ultimate Video – by Presto Player,” “HTML5 video player,” and “Easy Video Player.” While we haven’t specifically tested the compatibility of these plugins with Streamit, it is generally capable of supporting most major video player plugins.
