I reinstalled staging site for Careerfy. However, now I get an error when installing Demo Data, all other plugins installed w/o problems. Here is the error – Demo Data could not be installed PCLZip_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central DIR Record Signature. Also tried deleting Cache, and logging out and logged back in with same result. Please help. Thanks,

you can go to Appearance > Installed Plugins and can update all plugins fro there ,
It doesn’t allow you to update the included plugins from there. It says you need a license key for WP Bakery as well as Rev Slider.

The wp-jobsearch plugin runs this register-counts-update.php function, it is responsible for updating job counts, employers and candidates based on specific locations using a SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS query.
It is important to consider that complex queries or queries executed in large volumes can impact database performance. Using the SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS function in conjunction with the found_posts function within the foreach loop can cause a significant number of queries to the database, depending on the number of locations and posts involved.
Unfortunately, the plugin code does not perform an optimized query, and it opens more than one query at a time, causing abuses in CPU consumption, as you can see in these prints:
