Guys – can I check if there has been any known problems lately? Our site running on Ratio just recently hit a critical error taking it offline… Showing errors such as:
Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property RatioEdgeTitle::$hidden_value is deprecated in /home/brackfie/public_html/wp-content/themes/ratio/framework/lib/edgt.layout.php on line 391
Just as a follow up after going through all normal processes, we’ve it worked out that JS Composer latest ver7.9 is causing the Ratio theme to fall over. You guys might want to review that and release an update to make sure it complies. Thanks

The theme is supported and we will continue to update it. At the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.

Hello! How can I deregister Purchase Code? I’ve tried registering the code on a sub domain to develop a new site, but the Theme system won’t let me do it. I see a note like this – “This code was already used to register another domain.” That other domain is no longer working as the site has been deleted. Please, deregister it for me.

A company bought this theme and made a website for me 6 years ago. This company has closed down a long time ago and that’s why I can’t update my theme, because I can’t login to the themeforest account to download the new updates. The current version number of the theme: 1.7. The WPBakery Visual Composer plugin which is linked to the Ratio theme is also not up to date. I have the license certificate. Is there any possibility that I can update my website in the future, or will I have to pay again for a new license? Regards, Gabesz

Hello, I have been using your Ratio theme for a few years and am happy with it. This week I just updated to the latest version of Wordpress, all my plugins and the php version via my host. Unfortunately I have a blank page and it seems that the problem comes from the theme itself (when I load a default theme, the site works again). In addition I have to stop at PHP version 7.4 otherwise the site crashes. Finally, the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin which is linked to the Ratio theme is also not up to date. Have you ever encountered this problem? Should I wait for an update that includes a patch for this problem? Thank you for your reply. Daisy

The latest version of the theme is compatible with PHP 8. Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

Hi, I’ve just purchased Ratio, downloaded from my accounts”my downloads” and tried to upload via Wordpress. For some reason the child theme downloads OK but the parent theme gives me the error “The link you followed has expired”. Also please note that it does not display a link on my downloads page for “licence certificate & licence code” as documented in index/getting started. Please help.
Update. Upload issue resolved by updating PHP options (max file size, max execution time etc) on host server & purchase code found on support page.

You can use the same downloaded theme files if you need to update themes on your installations. If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. I´ve used the theme 2 years ago, we loved it. The thing is apparently the edge core plugin is presenting errors with WP Bakery, The URL is the following: https://granatoporchetto.com.ar/
We wanted to know if you could make a patch, updating the theme and getting sure the contents can show properly again, we would give you access to the wordpress and server if needed.

The compatibility with PHP 8 was improved in the theme updates. We recommend using PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.0.1,

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Hi My host updated the php version of the server to 8.0 and the site stopped working. Can you help with that issue? it’s very annoying.
