Hi, “Revolution Slider” is listed in your design elements. I could not find it in the template and documentation. how do we use it?
Hello, the Revolution Slider widget for Elementor is used to manage your sliders in the page editor. To use Revolution Slider, you will need to purchase your own license, as it’s not included in the theme.
so why do you lie about it? in the description of your template Revolution slider is listed under this:
“With Vault, you have 200+ elements, allowing you to build virtually any layout you can imagine. All of them are available in Elementor page builder:”
Do you have something similar included in you template?
We are not lying about it, the widget is actually available. Keep in mind this is a list of all Elementor widgets, not the included plugins.
As alternatives, there are the various Slider and Slideshow widgets.
Ok, “With Vault, you have 200+ elements” does not mean you need to purchase them extra. It means you have them “with” this theme!
Moreover multilanguage support is problematic too. You recommend loco translate. Ok but how to add language switcher? did you try doing that?
The theme is also not “well documented”, it’s “somehow documented”, i’d call it poor. How do I return this theme?
There is no need to purchase anything extra. Again, those 200+ widgets are avalilable, and also include the Revolution Slider widget (not the plugin). We just listed all the widgets, with no intention of creating any confusion.
Loco Translate is a plugin used for translations, not multi-lingual websites. For that, you need Polylang or WPML, which also include language switchers.
The documentation includes all the necessary information, considering most of the features are self-explanatory, even for an inexperienced user.

If I want to insert a template (themebuilder or elementor templates) into a switch content (switch button), I can no longer edit the page via elementor. then I have to delete the template so that I can edit the page again

Hi, I’ve just installed the theme, but when I hit the big “Run Demo Import” button the screens freezes while it reads “Demo list is updating”. I’ve also been getting 502 (bad gateway) errors when looking at some of the live demos and when visiting your support section – are these issues related? Either way, looking for help. Thanks! :-]
Also, I get a 504 (gateway timeout) error when trying to activate the theme…

Hi, the default WordPress login is also used for WooCommerce, and it can be customised using Admin Customizer. For he My Account Page, you will need to use a third-party plugin.
About bbPress, we haven’t tested it yet with our themes.

Is there any way to have a mobile-only menu? I’m using theme builder mega menu on desktop, and that doesn’t seem to convert well on mobile. I’m using some ”#” links, so they get converted to deadlinks on mobile.
Any solution? I couldn’t find it in the documentation.

1. Go to Theme Options – System – Install Child Theme
2. Go to Appearance – Theme File Editor and edit functions.php

Hello, you’re probably using Theme Builder to create a custom header. In this case, all the settings can be configured in Elementor. If you’re looking for the full width demo, we recommend using the default header, which can be configured in Theme Options – Header.
