Hi, I emailed you a week ago in regards to the theme MOST which I recently purchased and installed. I’m using video bgs on the home page full slider. I have two questions I’m hoping you can help with:
1) It works fine on desktop browsers, but on iPhone (mobile) safari and chrome browsers, it will not autoplay the video, and just shows a still image in its place. It works fine on my Android phone browser (chrome), but not on iPhone Safari or Chrome. Again, on the desktop browser, the videos play as expected, automatically on load. Is there a setting in this theme that needs to be changed so that the video bgs play automatically on mobile devices? Its really important that I get this feature working. I’ve been able to view other websites with video bgs on iphone safari, so it seems like a theme setting.
2) How can I optimize the video quality of the videos playing in the bg, whether theyre hosted on the local server, on youtube or on vimeo? The videos are 4k, but sometimes they display pixelated. Alot of the video bgs have been optimized for smaller filesizes so they load faster but then the video quality may suffer. Whats the max file size I should aim for in order to get best video quality and decent loading time?

Which then creates a malware injection and once the attacker has access, they inject malicious code into my website. It starts asking users to allow notifications before entering the site and then spamming them.
I have attempted to reinstall over and over again and the issue always ends up being right after I install the theme and one click import. Even if support is not provided to envato elements users, I would like to know MadSparrow’s take on this.
It gets worse! I get an email sent from my own domain from the theme itself to the administrator email!

Care to explain???? This thing either contains a virus or has been injected. This comes after setting up wordfence antivirus, firewall and 2FA to stop all the incoming connections to the site attempting to get administrator access.
Hi, Login to your administrative part is carried out through WordPress itself. If someone else comes in, then try changing the login and password. If you downloaded from an official source, then there can be no virus! The theme is tested before being uploaded to the market. But if you downloaded a pirated free version, which was stolen only in order to distribute it for free with a virus, then there is nothing to do

Such mail does not exist, it is a spam bot. Users of the elements also download the same version as here, but do not have support from the author and the ability to update. If the theme had a virus, then it would be a massive problem that I would definitely know about. Try to find a solution on the Internet, maybe there is some kind of plugin
Hello, I purchased the theme a few days ago and set up my portfolio website. However, now for some reason the front pages scroll effect does not work, neither does it work by pressing the forward and back buttons. The issue is the same with different browsers and devices. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you in advance.
Also occasionally, the portfolio category buttons and load more button stops working. Sometimes they work again, sometimes they stop working again. Any fixes for that as well?

I see that your theme utilizes the Elementor plugin. Is the Elementor plugin included with theme purchase? Or, is it a separate purchase?
what do you recommend to make the theme RTL arabic, since it mentioned that the theme is translation ready. I have tried polylang but the elementor is not loading the translated page in backend, it leads to 404 page

In your documentation: - required plugin section: Install required plugin after install the theme, still no active - plugin update section: try this method but no use, ACF pro still inactive.

I found out that there’s no longer ACF PRO, just Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) from WP Engine

Hello, I’ve noticed an issue with the swipe function on the homepage. On your site demo, it’s possible to navigate between slides using the swipe gesture with fingers. However, after installing the theme and importing all demo data, this feature doesn’t seem to be active on my site. It’s necessary to use the navigation buttons. In theme, to create a store using the woocommerce plugin, I did not use the widgets of the elementor plugin. This is a default store that was simply styled using css.
