We would like to know if the following is possible: 1. The jobs and candidates should be visible only for members who purchased a package. If a membership was not purchased, the candidates or job listings should not be visible to anyone. – Is this possible in your theme? 2. Paid membership should be for both candidates and companies. 3. Can we add a new page with a new functionality, like a questionnaire to be completed by candidates and visible on their page. Can this feature be customized by you or by our developer? Or the theme doesn’t support any customization? 4. Zoom integration for one-on-one session (paid)

I would like to notify you that have found a few options of your site blog section that are not working properly.

This is blog listing page the Sidebar is not properly working on it. It is overlapping the blog listings ( https://prnt.sc/OHt6jeQZOdOT ). And it only has grid view for the listing and there is no option to set limits per row/column and listing per page.

Hi, When I try to add a new menu item to the dashboard, does anyone see it on the dashboard?.

Thank You!. After my verification, my newly created dashboard menu items are not listed. I can’t turn eyemarks on or off for new listings because the new listing isn’t listed. If I disable existing entries like Zoom Meeting, those entries disappear untraceable after page refresh.

Even if I add the create in the package (dashboard area), the new entry is not displayed in the dashboard settings (eye icon) nor in the settings area for employers or candidates. However, the entries are saved in the “Dashboard Menus” option and I can change them. It also doesn’t matter what is choose internal content or external link, it is not listed anywhere else. Of course also in the dashboard of the user. I would have liked to have used this option from the start, but since it never worked I had to forgo it until now. But now I really need this option.

it is part of standard download,

WPBakery can then be removed and the theme/pages can be edited/updated by Elementor. I would like to make sure about this, otherwise I would be requesting a refund. Please confirm in writing.

Certainly, we assure you that we can make it functional in Elementor and completely remove WPBakery. However, please note that we cannot guarantee design consistency in Elementor, as design aspects might vary. and you will not able to change design by using Elementor.

I have been working on your theme to install and configure it on my website. During configuration I found a css issue in price table. Attaching its screenshot for your reference here ( https://prnt.sc/Dv_F-46FLhs3 ).

This problem is appearing in almost every style given for price table. Also there is just one style option for candidate package setting ( https://prnt.sc/bYODHIxvZnN9 ). That is appearing like this ( https://prnt.sc/MM1bYLXqT1j8 ).

I am not using any cache plugin and also just using the default plugins came up with your theme.

This problem is in maximum style for price list. For the moment I am using All in one for employers with the style number 10, that is working better than other styles. But for candidate price table there is just one option and there is no second option. And it looks weird when the button is not appearing. This is the default demo data of your theme.

Kindly check this css issue.

I have a suggestion as a customer. For little issues kindly answer the customers in comment sections. It also help other users who are facing the same problem. Maximum customers don’t like to create tickets or install skype for support. I understand the support through support tickets but it is always a lengthy process.

It will work based on language if language is rtl it will if not it will not its only work if your using multiple languages and some jobs in rtl and some are not only works when you have multiple languages I hope it is clear.

I don’t know how to use WPBakery Page Builder. It is challenging and not easy like Elementor. I am comfortable with Elementor but I learned that the Elementor page builder is not really that great with Careerfy. What is the solution?
