Hello, I am using loco translate to translate the theme but there are some texts I can’t translate such as tabs in the home page: “Feeds”, “Questions for you”, and so on. How can I solve this?

Make sure you changed them in the WPQA plugin not on the Discy theme only.
Can we translate entire thing into chinese by default in the plugin? If no, is there a file in your plugin that allows us to manually do that before installing?

Actually in desktop view size it perfect, but in mobile view its big. only 1 and 1 n half question shows on whole page in mobile view, it should be at least 3 questions. if it would be possible, then let me know.. otherwise no problem.

You can use Elementor but we don’t have any custom elements on it so that you can use the default elements.
The FAQ seems not to be working properly. I have about 21 FAQ when you add new FAQ and click save it doesn’t show on the front end or some times old FAQ get deleted and get replace with new one added. I have tried thousands of times but could not add more FAQ even when i save it. Except i have to delete an old FAQ to add new one.

Make sure you update the theme and WPQA plugin to the last version and try to clean your cache or use a new browser, then try it again.

There is an issue with messages on my site. When i send a message to members they can see the subject but they cant see the content, The message content keeps loading endlessly. But all messages send to the admin are accessible. please see attached image. https://ibb.co/c8Gy06q

My internet is honestly quite good, if I use my browser it loads, when I use the application I see the clip, when I click to start the clip doesn’t start.
Don’t click on the on video before see it load to start without any problems.

What if, i use WP Reset plugin on discy? What can cause? What this leave as same? I guess now when i know “almost” everything i need reset this wordpress installation, and start from beginning. Do the apps still is workable or i need to remake?

Before to start using it and spread to the world this – i want it to test everything out what can or can’t to do with this.
Like you know – know your bought product well or you will die to editing
After test it was easier to reset everything with reset plugin to be sure everything goes default even permissions.
Test is over and i must say everything is OK. Just need apps work again to start spread this to the world. Hope i can spread this to world just becouse estonian market for this kind stuff is too small

Nope they don’t work yet. If i did reset then whole settings was blank. Even i need it to register again discy to my wordpress. Downloaded from app store, and then booh main screen and stopped.

Subscribtions and pay to users does not work togheter or i make something wrong… In admin account i see profile Financial section, but in test user account i dont see it – perhaps some configuration mistake or not work togheter?
