Hi Sir greetings! pre purchase question: My friend recommended this theme to me and so I had a look at the functionalities, and all seem okay except for email that admin receives whenever a booking is made.
It appears that the email subject for each booking does not change and thus all email for bookings gets bundled into 1 email thread which gets confusing when we have to reply to any guest. We tried to add {customer-name} to the subject but it just shows as {customer-name} in the emails, basically it does not insert the customer’s name in the subject.
Is there any other way to modify the subject so that each email for booking has a different subject? (Maybe inserting Room order numer, email etc) Thanks!

You can set a base price for the room and a price for any additional guests. It is not possible to set a different price for each extra person.
There are no plans for this type of pricing yet, but it may be considered if there are similar requests from others.

The theme iCal Supported right? is Booking.com available in that?
Yes, the theme support iCal but only with the room type that has only 1 room. (ex. if you have room type A and that type has 5 rooms then iCal isn’t supported.)
Booking.com has iCal but you should read its condition to make sure as well.

Hi I have one question it tried asking this question before but there was some confusion so let me clear that, we are having 1 client who is having his hotel, in different location, so i am creating this website for them, my question is does the theme comes with proper admin panel? only 1 admin panel, from where client (owner) of this hotel will add bookings or add rooms, add availability and keep track of currently which rooms are book, and who are staying in that room, like that way, Because the owner will not able to handle WordPress dashboard to add rooms, so does the theme comes with the good admin panel?

You need to use a plugin to show panoramic photos.
Okay, what I meant was a feature to show nearby places such as important locations like Malls, Eateries, night clubs, hospitals etc around our apartment building. In some property sites you see NEARBY Places within surrounding vicinity. Thanks.
Again, I tested the “Check Availability” and I chose 8 people for Guests and the search returned: “Not Found Nothing matched your search criteria. Please try again with different keywords”
I want to suggest that it will be better for the system to calculate the Guests and show two or three rooms that can accommodate the number of selected guests instead of Not Found.

- This is being shown because none of the rooms on the demo can accommodate 8 guests, this limit can be easily changed when creating or editing rooms.

WooCommerce is not a mandatory. We supports WC because it provides variety of payment options.
The built-in system provides only only Paypal, Authorised.net and Stripe so if you’re using other payments than this, you may enable WC payments.

2. The theme will provide an ical URL, you need to add it on booking.com to sync bookings from your website.
kind staff the theme we purchased has problems as the curl_multi_exec function that uses the ical system is considered by my providers to be particularly dangerous and vulnerable and has been disabled. the modification of the code has only allowed not to generate a block of the site or errors. But the sync doesn’t work because on the site side the “2 present” rooms are always available and on booking.com the system always says in activation. This therefore does not allow me to enable the direct booking engine function as if it does not update the calendar we risk an overbooking
