Will translation plugin work with this theme?

in case you’re asking about multilanguage plugins we don’t have official support for that and not every feature will work but I’ve heard from users that TranslatePress is good choice for Listeo
Text loses formatting when copied and paste into front-end job description editor: I just recently discovered that when i copy a formatted job description text from another page and paste it in the job description field in the front-end job submission form, the text loses it’s formatting. But this is not the case in the back-end just in the front-end only. But before now the front-end used to retain text formatting, this issue just started recently. How do i resolve this please?

I don’t think it’s something theme related, we don’t really control the job description editor as it uses TinyMce from WordPress core, I’ll check it but I can’t think of anything theme related that could cause it

Yes you are correct, it seems to be the default behavior of WPJM frontend editor, but never mind, after few days of sleepless nights playing around templates, I was able to figure out the solution. If I want to create a new page with list of industry events, certification programmes and allow people to submit them, once having the parent page allow them to filter by location etc. Is it possible to reuse some of the plugins used in the theme or would I need to build something custom myself or an already existant plugin?

Hey there, we are just trying to reduce the number of plugins we are using and since we are only use basic features for job searching I think it’s safe to deactivate these but please can you confirm if there are any other hidden uses for them that the functionally needs?
1. CMB2, CMB2 Field Slider – where are these used? 2. Purethemes.net CPT – is it just testimonials CPT? Anything else dependent on it?

Thank you, please can you be specific about the fields CMB2, CMB2 Field Slider create? For example we are not even using Companies, Resumes and employers would never even submit jobs, so we wouldn’t use that form. I’m wondering if it’s used for any of those. Thanks
Yes and additionally page options like header background, layout style, etc etc.
It won’t break anything if you disable that plugin, and you will see what is missing.
I checked all the page options including the header background and they still work fine. I checked loads of places, disabling and enabling those plugins and refreshing and I am still yet to find anything it does
For example all those page options https://share.cleanshot.com/QRxTj31Y are added using CMB2, but if you set those option you don’t need plugin enabled unless you want to edit them or set them for any new page etc
Hey there, I tested this and it’s not the case. In my test both plugins are disabled…
I created /test/ and added a custom header image – works fine.
I then created /test-2/ and added a custom header image – also works fine and displays a different image.
Also tested: Titlebar on/off = works – Sidebar changes = works – Hide/show job filters = all works
... I don’t think CMB2, CMB2 Field Slider are used here at all.
Any other suggestions please?

we don’t actually have working radius search on demo page, but I can assure you it does work, just make sure you have correctly configured API keys for maps in WorkScout Core -> Map Options

One more question i’m getting in my mind i.e. how to add more types of users like this themes is giving two types of dashboard (employers/candidates), but we need like 6-8 different types of dashboard with customized roles and capabilities like – i also want to give log in and dashboard facilities to our different stages teams and recruiters with their limited roles and different dashboard to each group of teams like recruiters, senior recruiters, coordinators and others.
How to do these things?
That would require rather complex custom modifications.

there’s no option for separate forms. You can disable password pickup field, that way password will be generated and send via email, so user has to provide real email to be able to login
Is this theme compatible with Profile Builder and Ultimate Member Plugins? I believe these plugins allow to create different forms for different user roles
