hello i have a problem with my theme i want to put 2 products per row in mobile, i can place it in the desktop version using theme options, but i can not do it for the mobile version that by default shows a product. i would like to choose by default the other option that comes, which would be 2 products.

Hello, congratulations for developing this WordPress theme.

The theme is fantastic, but it has some bugs related to the shopping cart cache. It doesn’t work the same way as the Shopify version of the theme. Products do not appear in the shopping cart when they are added. And the loading speed is not the most optimal.

I would like to know when you will solve all these issues, so I can proceed with purchasing the theme.

Does the single license allow to use for development site? For example, my production site would go to mystore.com and the development site would be dev.mystore.com (it would be the same domain).

Hello, team. I have actually done extensive research on your theme and I quite like your theme. So here I wanted to acknowledge about this first to prevent any potential misunderstandings in the future:

I understand that theme customization is not covered within the license. Therefore, most of my inquiries will be focused primarily on

1) the theme documentation (which I find a bit lacking),

2) the structure of your theme (why, where), and most importantly,

3) I will report bugs discovered within the theme using the default theme same as presenting from the demo theme.

I will not be seeking help with customization in my questions unless it’s truly necessary to fix issues coming from your theme. I hope we both understand well as developers.

Just to let you know, if you watch the video I attached to the ticket, you’ll see an issue that might affect admins who are logged into the system that has WordPress admin black bar at the top. However, it seems that this issue might not impact regular customers who don’t have that admin black bar. I suspect that it might be related to the sticky header’s -z value of your theme (but i’m not sure yet at this moment). For now, I can live with it as it does not seem to affect normal customers.

Hi, I bought 3 of Kalles theme. I would like to ask you how I can change the shop image on the shop page and the category images on the category pages.

Now, there is only SHOP as a text with gray background when I visit Shop page. I would like to put a nice banner instead of gray background. Category as well.

The image size of the category and shop is 1920*900. Now it is like 200 in length.
