What a fucking scam… .first of all, I cant install the theme plugins, because I do have a critical failure. And second I can not delete the prior installtion connection to set up a site on a new page. I can log in the account but when I want to manage the website connection I can not delete the connection to the old adress. Now I shall pay 50 bugs for just asking a question, because your plugin is broke and causes an issue in your plugin? “There has been a critical error on this website.”
This is just ridicoulous!

After enabling debug, try to install the plugin again, then check the errors in wp-content/debug.log

I also purchased your UiCore PRO Theme because I hoped it will resolve the issues I have. All issues are still the same. If I will get 0 response in one day I want my money back for both purchases because this is an absolute joke!! Im waiting since 2 days for a response from you, nothing is happening and no one is helping!!

Still no response? I checked with BlueHost Support about 1 hour regarding the API whitelisting. Not worked. Checked all the points on your “troubleshooting” Page. Not worked. Shared Login Details as Admin. No Response. So far its very useless because only about 10% of the sections I can import and even also the most of them are not how they look in the example page. Hello, the theme doesn’t have a demo that switches between dark and light, however, you can use the Dark Mode widget for this.
How can we swich light / dark?
You will need to add the Dark Mode widget to the page, which allows you to toggle between light / dark schemes.
how to display the headers from the preview?
Hello, the headers can be configured in Theme Options – Header. When you import a demo, the header settings will also be imported in Theme Options.

Hi, that needs to be added in the child theme, otherwise, it will be overwritten on theme update. You can install the child theme in Theme Options – System – Install Child Theme.

Hi, this happens when you transfer your website five times. Please share your website URL and we’ll reset the transfer limit.
It looks like you already asked for a transfer reset before. Please keep in mind that the reset limit was set in place so you can transfer between staging and live multiple times. In your case, it seems you are illegally using the theme on 7 different websites, which is against the Envato rules. In order to continue using the theme, you need to purchase 6 additional licenses. Hi, I would want to buy this Theme but I did want to inquire if the Theme supports multiple pages. When I click the menus – Overview, Features, Integration on each demo, it ONLY works as a One-page website by staying on only the front page.

Hello, yes, the theme supports multiple pages. While the demos use one-page link, there is also a set of inner pages, plus 383 (at this moment) other inner pages available in Template Library (https://library.uicore.co/) which you can use to create the multi-page website you’re looking for.

Good work. I’m under the impression that all your themes are interchangeable. Meaning, various sections from each theme can be extracted to build a single website. Is this true? Hi, that’s correct, you can use any of the theme without losing your content or settings. However, after installing the new theme, you will need to go to Theme Options – System – Refresh UiCore Data, in order to fetch the new demos list.
