Hello and thank you for maintaining this great looking theme.
We have Bluhen installed on our site for a couple of years, and generally is ok. However, after the last Elementor update, the slider capabilities have been lost!
In particular, after updating to version 3.26.3 of Elementor, the Content Slider element and the Team List element (when set to Slider list appearance) are not showing up any more.
We don’t have any custom CSS or any unchecked third party plugin related to these elements, therefore I’m pretty sure it’s not on our behalf.
I would appreciate if you check it out on your testing installs and let us know. We don’t have problem renewing our license, but this all happened after updating Elementor which is a mainstream action, as we expect the theme to work with the latest version of this essential plugin.
Other information that might help:
WordPress version is 6.7.1. and the site is running over PHP version 8.0.30

This is most likely related to the swiper library from the QiAddons plugin. Try to update the QiAddons plugin to the latest version and disable the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General.

Worst technical support experience, 3 days for a technical problem and no response yet. Most of the theme post types do not work

We have bought and installed the theme but when trying to activate it we just get a ‘please wait” message. I have tried from different browsers to see if it could be because of that but still no luck.
Please could you offer some assistance asap as the project has come to a halt without being able to install the demo content.
I tried submitting a ticket via your support site that I registered for but when I paste in the license code it gives the error ‘null’ and doesn’t allow me to submit an enquiry.

Hi! I purchased this theme from you yesterday and installed it to a site in WP Engine. When I’m trying the edit the Events the theme causes an internal server error. I tried to register to your support forum but the registration to your support forum is broken too so I can’t complete my registration there which means I can’t submit you a ticket of this. Is posible install al the demo and then insert a specific section of one the demo in to the website like a custom template. Example dome 2 saved like a custom template and insert in the demo 1. Thanks

Demo content of the theme is built with Elementor page builder which has an option to save pages or sections of pages as templates and then reusing them. You can also copy and paste sections from one page to another.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

I have a few issues that need fixing with the Bluhen theme I purchased.
1) How can I edit the archive page template within Qi builder? E.g. is there a theme builder I can edit? I want to make some changes to the “Team” and “Events” page layouts.
2a) On the “Team” slider (post query), I cannot get the mouse-hover plus corner radius effect which is visible on the demo page. What do I have to do to see the same effects on my Wordpress site?
2b) On the “Event” list (post query), I cannot see the water ripple mouse-over effect as on the demo page. I also cannot upload any pictures anywhere in the “Events” post single page in order for the post image to pop up on the mouse hover. What do I have to do?
