Question before buying please as it is my biggest issue, cost of media files hosting. When users upload a listing, are the images compressed by your script and uploaded to a cheaper storage like Amazon? Because the cost of hosting media files on typical hosting provider is just way too high when you have a lot of users. Thanks

1. Realties category – For rent/sale properties. Can you distinguish between FOR SALE and FOR RENT to add icon someplace on the results page as well inside the property itself to be more visible ?
2. Realty category , can you add booking with calendar when comes to short term rentals (owner when posting his apartment can specify dates from the calendar inside his panel at what price each day wants to rent) when someone books he automatically takes out available spot from the calendar. Website will collect specified % fee from the booking.
3. Can you add category for Services with booking calendar (as well hourly) to work similar as above explained ? when someone books for specific day and hour it will be taken out available spot from the calendar.
4. Nearby ads function ? based on the IP address of the person ? to show all categories ads near the person.
5. Search takes few seconds to get results , can this can be speed up ? you’re using shared hosting plan ? any caching.

I fixed that by updating the code at line 409 as follow:
