Hi There, I had no issue since I bought the theme but just while checking the website a few days ago. All the tours has disappeared. I tried to find the reason but everything was as it is.
Tried to submit a ticket, It doesn’t let me as my support period expired. I find it not fair that a functionality stopped working and can’t spot the reason. please note that there was no update on the website to cause any issue. Could you please advise what I need to do ??

You DID NOT reset WordPress and import again the sample. I did it, and did not work…...Please advise? because I need these theme to start working properly to redo my intire web. this is costing me TIME & MONEY. please fixe the theme issues ASAP. It have been TOO MANY DAYS waiting and NOTHING have ben done to fixe the problems.

We updated Ba Book Everything Plugin Version 1.5.29 and solved the issues. Pls click edit Tour add the Price for the tour then recheck the issues.

Greetings, I’m about to buy your theme.. I would ask:
1) Does the system calculate availability and prices for each day? For example on May 5th I have 6 seats at $7 and on May 7th I have 10 seats at $10. Can I change the prices every day for certain times with different quantities? Example links?
2) You can request the name and surname and age of each participant of each group. For example a group of 10, a single purchase but with 10 names.
3) Is the list of reservations available for each day with all the participants or only for the names and surnames of those who purchased?
4) For all purchases, can end customers access only with the “continue as guest” button without login or registration?
5) If the tour has a capacity of 20 people both in the 3.00-5.00 pm and 18 people in the 7.00-9.00 pm shift, will the calculation be respected? or is it not considered and book indefinitely?

really I do not get a good feel about the way you respond and I think that if I were to purchase this theme I will have more issues that anything else.
the book this tour side menu, is that standard with the theme or is there anything that needs to be purchased additionally?
second I have tried to find out about the payment gateway plugging and have sent a message to BA and the response I got way very vague indeed.
not very helpful so far on any front.
if i do purchase this theme and it does not meet my requirements (as I cannot get answers here) what is the refund process?
literally I have to buy it see the functionality and what does not work or needs extra configuration or any bugs and then to sort out the payment plugin which I am not getting any help with so far and then go and find a gateway and configure with them and then hopefully all works???
and then still need to wait for responses for at least 24 – 48 hours….. or pay for support?? or what support am I looking art getting when or if I purchase??? hopefully not this platform??
