Hi guys, I need help. If I renew support can you track down where I installed the theme so I can uninstall it and use my purchase code? My hosting expired and then they deleted everything installed in it so there went my neo beat installation. If I cant uninstall how can I use my purchase code? Help.

We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
You also have an option to deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account.

The theme uses the free version of Elementor. That is the version that is used for creating the demo content. You can create your own custom pages using the free version of Elementor and create different column layouts. You do not need to purchase an Elementor licence in order to use the theme. Everything that you need is already provided by the theme.

I’m getting “Please Wait” when attempting to register the NeoBeat Theme to my domain. I’ve tried all your instructions in the knowledge base on your website. I even submitted a ticket, but I haven’t gotten a response. I can’t use the theme without completing the registration process. The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8. Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact our support and they will provide you with latest version.

I’ve tried it, but I’m not going to pay for a renewal because of a new bug. It was working perfectly three months ago. I’ve been looking into it a thousand times, and it seems to be incompatible with the Elementor update or something similar. I’ll find another way to display the videos. What a huge mistake to have bought this unstable and outdated theme!

Hi. We are considering purchasing this Theme. But the lack of frequent updates confuses me. WordPress 6.5 has recently been released. And you only claim compatibility with version 6.3. And the last update was a long time ago in August 2023.

We are not sure what you refer to when you say same radio stations? Will it be subdomains, like myradio.com/art myradio.com/sports (this is just an example).

I uploaded it to Mental.fm. However, I want to use the same design in my other two areas. The same radio broadcast is listened to on all three sites. I ask for your help in this matter.

Hi I used this theme a long time ago and have since then deleted it from my servers but now i cant register it as I am told to deregister it. But thats not possible since its not installed any longer. Any help? I am not about to buy support for such a simple thing.
