You were locked out of the support system because you used the wrong login details multiple times. I have unlocked you now. Please create a new password and then use the new login details to avoid lockout.
I can’t change my password and I get the same error when I try to do it “you have been locked”

We have not tested this app with our theme but our theme is compatible with almost shopify apps.
Well, I have bought 3 copies of this theme and all support has run out but I am not going to pay for extended support after buying 3 copies.
ONE CART FEATURE TO AVOID ACTIVATIING AT ALL COSTS – OR IT WILL COST YOU LOST SALES
In theme settings for the cart page DO NOT activate show savings on cart page – it is not accurate at all (Too high) and will scare away customers from completing checkout as they will question if it is any good or reliable.
I did not realize this until after $2500 in ad spend and was not getting conversions. Obviously the incorrect savings is a blatant error and as soon as customers see it, they bounce.
This is not an easy one to catch as one assumes totals are accurate. I happened to notice it when checking every little thing in my store that might be contributing to lack of conversions.
This is SO CRITICAL – I am surprised it exists and not fixed!

Theme update is manual. You need to go through our theme update article. However if you are are using older version of theme, that can not be updated with latest version 5.0 or above.

Does this theme have the ability to show a product material such as 14k gold, silver, etc. on the collection page (e.g. right below the product title near the swatch/variant option)?
You can just show color swatches on the collection page. If you need another variant option, then contact our support team and they will help with it.

You can add as many currencies and languages as you want, which is supported by Shopify.

Hi,
I used my theme license key on a test to the theme with a private Shopify store. In the process, I deactivated and deleted that store, to transfer and rebuild my current store on Shopify platform. However, the license key that was used on the deactivated and deleted store still states that it belongs to that store.
Can you assist me with this? https://stormy-matter.myshopify.com/ is the store I deactivated and deleted but I would simply like the license key to no longer be pointed towards this domain.
