1. When I am trying to add blocks on the elementor edit page, it is giving me the below error: “There is an issue communicating with our API server. To continue using UiCore Library, please enable API connection Proxy, then try again.”

I then went to the Convertio Dashboard on the wordpress Dashboard and activated this setting in Misc/System settings and it is still not working.

2. With all the other items, when I am trying to import a block and if the above error does not come then in that case the block/section gets installed, but none of the images get installed, and it comes as black images in the media section.

How do we fix this? This is the same issue I am facing with a new theme that I have purchased today – Piku – Startup & SaaS WordPress Theme. I don’t know if this is with the entire Eco-System of UI Core as it pulls the same sections/blocks into all it’s themes.

Can you let me know how I get your theme fixed?

Hello, please try the following:

1. Go to Theme Options – System and disable the API proxy.

2. Go to Theme Options – Plugins and make sure Element Pack Pro is installed.

3. Go to Elementor – Tools – Features, and make sure “Container” is active.

I’ve been using the Convertio theme for a while, and while it’s a good theme, updating it is always a nightmare. Every time I try to update, the site goes completely blank.

Six months ago, I faced the same issue when updating, which forced me to pay for support to fix it. Now, in March 2025, I attempted to update to the latest version, and once again, I’m experiencing problems. The theme should be more stable and not break with every update, forcing users to pay for support to fix something that should work seamlessly.

To make things worse, I just paid for support, but I still can’t ask questions in the official support portal (https://help.uicore.co/). This is really frustrating, and I hope the developers improve the update process to prevent these recurring issues.

Hello, please reach out to support@uicore.co, and we’ll assist with the update. For the support system to work, go to your my.uicore.co account and click on Synchronize List. Then, while on the Ask a Question page, click Ctrl+Shift+R to remove the browser cache.

Can you please explain why I can’t edit the Woo commerce checkout page with these theme, no matter what I try? Everything is locked and uneditable on the checkout page, and adding custom code snippets to change fields on this page is simply ignored. Also, the [woocommerce_checkout] doesn’t do anything, when it should. It seems like this theme has done something to prevent any changes to the checkout page. Please advise.

Hello, we recommend updating WooCommerce to the latest version, and recreate the default pages in WooCommerce – Status – Tools – Create default WooCommerce pages. This will give some editing options to the checkout page, but please keep in mind those are locked by WooCommerce, and we didn’t interfere with them in any way, other than styling the elements.

Also, since the most recent updates, custom PHP filters to change checkout fields won’t work anymore.

I have a recent problem with the website, which didn’t happen to me before. I have the main menu pointing to an internal link on the home page itself, with a CSS ID name. The problem is only on mobile. When I click on a menu link from mobile, the website doesn’t scroll to the CSS ID section, but from the computer it does. On mobile, it doesn’t scroll at all.

4. That depends more on the server than the theme. For the sandbox, we used a separate server, with lower performance than our main server. I think this is more of permission issue, is there any way you can grant admin access to sandbox? Alternatively, please test with an account that of same privilege as you provide for sandbox setup.

1,2. It was probably stuck on the “What’s new screen”. Should be working fine now. The sandbox already has admin access, but with some limitations, of course.

When opting to send the confirmation email to those who complete my form via MetForm (Form Settings > Confirmation) the site throws an error upon submission- “Something went wrong”. Hello. Today I’ve seen few new templates while working with elementor. Seems that this templates from your new theme Lumi. And I already installed few block to my Convertio theme. But now this new blocks not visible while editing the page. Is there any fixes coming up? Thanks

Hi, I think we all wish there was a tool to generate these amazing illustrations, but until then, we must rely on talented artists to create them for us.
