Two questions:

Is it possible to show the review stars of the product on the product lists (for e.g. on the homepage)? Can’t find the option. We use the standard shopify review module.

When using advanced swatches, this only works when using english names for the colors. Where in the theme code can we adjust this?

=> Regarding review stars that show on the products page. It works based on a third party App. Could you please help us to contact the App provider to ask if they can check for you?

Hello, im looking to purchase your theme, but I have some question before. My website needs to be in french and english. With your theme, will I have an option the create 2 pages (one in french and one in english) and be able to edit the search engine listing preview of each one? like this picture : https://prnt.sc/a5I8szqTEctY

Because the current theme I have only allow me to edit the search engine listing preview of the primary language. Im transferring from woocommerce, so I will need to make sure I can edit the link/url in english and french like they are currently set up in my woocommerce website.

This theme does not allow customization of product information with third-party app widgets. If you’d like to add a subscription option for example, or any third-party application widget on your product information page, this theme does not support it.

I’ve had this theme for two years, so I’m just letting the developers know since I’d need to submit a ticket to post something like this. Hope this helps!

The newest theme source has supported this function. We checked on your current site and saw you are using Ella version 6.3.0.

Could you please help us to update your current version to the newest version (Ella ver 6.5.2) to get this function into your Ella theme.

I’ve downloaded version 6.5.2 in my theme library and tested this again, and it’s still not working. I would not like to pay for support to get this resolved as this is something your theme should naturally provide. I shouldn’t have to pay to get a working copy of your theme.

Are these changes possible for the category page filter?

1) The sorting options on the category page need to include ‘Relevance,’ ‘Price low to high,’ ‘Price high to low,’ and ‘Discount.’

2) Discount percentages should be displayed for products that are on sale, e.g., ‘20% off’ rather than the amount saved in rupees.

3) Size variants should no longer be auto-selected on the product page. Instead, a message such as ‘Please select a size’ should be displayed.

4) Ensure that the product images change correctly based on the color selection. Other variant images should not appear in the product gallery.

One question. Why do I need multiple themes if I can use just one and for a single domain? Or can I use them on subdomains ?

However, you can integrate third-party apps to enable social media login and registration features on your Shopify store using the Ella theme. Shopify has a variety of Apps and depending on the demand of users, we cannot recommend what App is the best for our theme?

This is another attempt to get a refund, I did the same based on the instructions of ThemeForest. You never did respond to me about the refund, I need a refund please. I explained in the previous comment what my issues were. please respond.

Hello, you are pretending “Super Fast Loading Speed” with 99 performance score by GTMetrix & Google Speed Insight.

However, When I test your demo website (Product page), I’m getting a poor 69 for desktop and miserable 34 (red flag) for mobile.

Could you explain/clarify that?

Our demo is using the old theme source not the newest theme source, we have not deployed all code from the newest theme source into our demo stores yet because it takes time.

Also, on our demo, we are enabling all functions, and use a large catalog of menu, categories.

Speed score of each store will depend on many factors and on our demo store when you first install the theme, you can get the good performance.

99 is not google speed score, it is performance score of theme on gtmetrix.

On google speed, ella is getting 50 for mobile, above 90 for desktop with the newest theme version and the average score within shopify editor is about 50

Section “New Arrival Products 01” is showing single product per row on mobile even if we select multiple products per row.
