Hello, I have a problem where when I try to delete a lesson or rename a section in the course, nothing happens after updating. When I look in the console, I get various errors like:

We attempted to install the theme on a fresh new WordPress site, but we encountered a 503 Error during the “Main content” import. To troubleshoot, we reviewed the PHP configuration limits and identified that two values needed adjustment.
After reaching out to our hosting provider, Hostinger, we followed the provided steps and successfully resolved the PHP configuration issue.

hello.. A client using the Master Study theme for their website .. The website is facing an issue. with the header. It suddenly changes to a default header that contains the phrase “for enterprise become an…” on some pages. When I create a new page, the header I selected appears, but after a while, it automatically changes.
In my header settings, I’m using the “simple” option, and I’m also using the Elementor header plugin. Can you please provide a solution?

By default, when the Elementor Header & Footer plugin is installed, it will overwrite the default header styles and replace them with a custom header.
You can go to Dashboard > Appearance > Elementor Header & Footer Builder. Edit the custom header with Elementor to remove the “Become Instructor” and “For Enterprise” links.

1. Both site administrators and instructors have the ability to monitor students’ progress in the course. We currently don’t have the option to track the daily attendance of students.
2. We offer a Prerequisites addon that allows you to prevent students from enrolling in certain courses until they have completed the required prerequisites. In your case, if a student wishes to enroll in the advanced course, they will need to successfully complete the intermediate course first. This feature ensures a structured learning path.
3,4. Our Points system is designed to reward students for their achievements. By earning points, students can acquire coins that can be used for enrolling in different courses within our LMS system.
5. While our default payment methods do not currently accept cryptocurrencies, we offer the flexibility to accept payments through WooCommerce with custom payment gateways.

Be aware, for those wanting to use WPML translation – this theme is NOT on their supported documents, even though Stylemix claims they’re supported. You will need to re-create every course when translating, along with deal with dozens of other issues. They’ll say that the documentation should just be followed, but that’s simply false – major issues and they aren’t doing anything to fix them.

There is no need to activate the Paid Membership Pro plugin from your end. The theme includes a free version of the Paid Membership Pro plugin, which is sufficient for creating subscriptions.

However, if a third-party theme includes core plugins or styles that can potentially override the LMS plugin, it may lead to unexpected issues influenced by various factors. For instance, when using default WordPress themes, there are typically no restrictions. Therefore, it’s important for the third-party theme to be structurally well-developed and designed to work seamlessly with WordPress.

Unfortunately, editing the courses with the new editor is hardly possible. Videos can’t be placed properly and can’t be loaded by the new editor.
I tried to switch to the old editor – unfortunately that doesn’t work either.

After that, make sure that you update all the pre-packed plugins under the appearance > install plugins section.

Hello, Please be noted that whenever i try to upload a video through lessons section it keeps loading through loading bar but it never completes if video is more than 300 MBs.
it reaches sometimes 30 or 40 or even 80% but it never completes.
and i found the below in chrome browser console.

We tested this case on our testing environment with the latest version of the theme and LMS plugins. We didn’t detect any restrictions while uploading video with 500+ mb size. Try to increase your server limits, especially time limit and max upload file size limits
