Hi Team,
I have recently purchased the homefix theme from themeforest.net using the below link https://themeforest.net/item/homefix-maintenance-wordpress-theme/21958454from registered email.
When I tried to install demo content of the homefix theme it shows the below error
Failed to create tmp table _fwbk_wp_izes22_wc_download_log. Duplicate foreign key constraint name ‘fk_wp_wc_download_log_permission_id’
Then I tried to delete the key fk_wp_wc_download_log_permission_id but can’t do it. so I deleted the table wp_izes22_wc_download_log. After deleting the table it shows The execution failed. Please check error.log
So I tried to contact the support of homefix which has the link in themeforest
https://themessupport.com/forums/forum/business-finance/homefix-handyman-maintenance-wordpress-theme/it shows you need to login/register to access support. So I registered there but no confirmation email. tried multiple emails and given the lost password facility that too not worked.
How can I fix the error or contact the support team of homefix.
NOTE: I also changed the php configuration settings as beloe but not worked max_execution_time=1200 max_input_vars=10000 memory_limit=1G post_max_size=512M upload_max_filesize=1G

I install and activate “Unyson” Plugin, added and activated Backup and Demo content. But “Demo Content Install” doesn’t show on Tools option. Can’t install demo content

Most of it depends on page content which compromises of images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WpBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor Page builder in new pages, posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with WpBakery plugin.
The Elementor page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.
