I purchased this some time ago, and my website was working properly for a long period. After upgrading the PHP version as requested by the hosting provider, the site stopped working and now downloads a file named download.dz when accessed. It appears the issue is not related to my website.

Thank you for the reply. Can you be more specific with the plugins? Everything was updated as far as I could see in the system. What plugin specifically are you referring to and what version should it be at for the newest? I ask because sometimes WordPress does not always show you what is ready for an update immediately.
