Hello, first, congrats for your amazing template, great job ! I have a big issue which i think is not related to your template but i ask anyway. My Website is not on google. When i say not on google, i don’t speak about bad referencing, i speak about not being on google AT ALL. I tried “site:neo-architecture.fr” and it shows no response AT ALL. everything seems allright on Wordpress settings (the one where you can ask to be or not be referenced on search engines), and my hoster says that it can’t be his fault. Do you know where it may come from please ? I am stuck on this situation and i really need to solve this. Don’t get me wrong, i am not asking for hosting or Wordpress help, just i am wondering if there is any setting on Bauen that i missed. Thanks a lot for your precious answer !

Hi, i was working on the theme perfectly but i noticed that all the modifications i’ve made lately (it’s been 2h) doesn’t appear on the other devices. i even tried to do another modification and upload it but same result … whenever i check the website on another computer or phone i only see the modifications i’ve made befor those past 2hours !

Please i have a question about the logo, i noticed that the size is 75 × 33 px even if i put a bigger logo the size doesn’t change at all and i can’t find any way to modify it on the documentation ? Also i was wondering if i could add the widget ( Contact instruction ) to blog page because i can’t modify it by Elemantor as the other pages ? But I need to say that this theme is one from the best themes i used it’s not complicated and thanks for you support !

I consider purchasing this theme but the demo websites are opening so slow, my internet connection is very fast, still the demos are slow to open, I like the design however the speed is very important for me, can anybody tell if the purchased theme you installed is loading fast? it takes 30 seconds to load the pages on demo, which is unacceptable.

Yes, the demo homepages themselves are opening ok, however the pages in the demo ie. the service pages the about pages, portfolio, etc. they are opening very very slow. and it’s from 30 to 40 sec. my internet is the fastest in Europe and other templates on here are opening quite fast. and I’m using Safari you are using chrome in your video. can you check for safari as well?

so I checked with chrome and it’s faster, however the website visitors will be using mostly safari, so the speed should be faster on both. can you please check and fix that and let me know, so I decide buying the theme or not?

Hello. It is me again.
I think I realized why the theme updates partly ruin the site: cause I try to automatically update from version 7.7 to 8.9.5.
I see in your change log that in some versions you do not want to update directly from the child theme or in some ftp installation is needed. Should I manually update each version till I reach the latest one? And if yes, could you please provide me with links to each version?
In the manual update, will I have to delete the them and then upload the new one or just ftp the new files?

Please download latest version theme from the themeforest and install again from your WordPress dashboard. Or replace latest version via FTP or cPanel.
Still doesnt work… I uploaded the latest version via Ftp.. It keeps resetting the header (menu, logo) to the demo’s one. And I cannot change it,. For example, the Bauen theme option in typography has white font color, but it shows the demo color. It doesn’t even change if I try with custom css.. I have spent hours with this, and it is not my fault…please help. Maybe I should update each version manually?
Please make sure you update the theme and Bauen Plugin. After update the theme go to the Bauen options and re-save settings. Clear browser cache and check your site again.

Hey, i just bought the theme but the problem is that i aploaded it on the wrong URL Adress. When i changed it the theme doesnt work anymore, i mean whenever i try to activate the theme once again they told me that the purchase code was activated on the old adress ! I really need help on that because i thought that i can change it as i saw on the documentation !!!

Thank you for the quick reply! I need the homepage to have it’s own logo because it has a dark bg while the other pages (and sticky menu) all have light menus, so in this case setting it to the sticky menu wouldn’t work.

Fiirst of all; some of your demo themes are broken; fullscreen multipage dark – services page the menu bleeds over the content… After loading the demo theme I noticed the issue and tried to load another demo theme to see if the problem continues… things got worse = now the menu was completely broken = 2 home pages, 2 portfolio, 2 contact etc… but the menu did not work at all. I spent about 2 hours trouble shooting your theme. - deleted menu - deleted pages - reinstalled baunen theme 3 times yet it is still broken. Please help, help me fix your theme or refund.

You imported the demo data multiple time without deleting the previous content. You must need to reset database or delete previous content before importing a demo.

WPBakery plugin is not required with the Elementor version. You can deactivate it. Gutenberg is disabled by default.

Is there a problem with the latest theme update? It seems to ignore custom css (I use a child theme and I put the custom css in the child style.css) and also does not show the Font Awesome icons. I tried updates with or without updating to Wordpress 6.3 and the result was the same. Cleared server cache.. dunno, has anyone else complained about it?

Use CSS as body p{color:#000;} Just add body tag before tags or class names.
No issue with Font Awesome. We recently updated to the latest version and it’s working perfectly.
I just doesnt work. It seems like it keeps using your original theme header colors and styles, no matter if I disable the custom css and use your theme options to change the menu fonts color. I could try any color for the menu from your options, but It keeps using the one that came with the theme. I cleared both browsers cache.. I cleared server cache.. I tried with no custom css at all… nothing.. I dunno what to do. And Font awesome keeps not appearing.

it seems that I can’t change the body text size and color: when i make the changes in the theme settings, they are saved. But they are being overwritten by style-multipage-light.css. How can I fix this? I tried to add the change to my child theme style.css, but then I have to add !important which then rewrites my “p” tags. Is there any way to set my child theme as the priority so I don’t have to use !important after everything?
