+ The sidebar will be change in: Appearance > Widgets > Select a footer sidebar and adjust it.

I’m sorry but it’s beyond the theme features.
The multi currency in the tour master system only allow to receive the money to be the same with the currency when you book a tour.
Eg: you book a tour with USD > receive USD.
You book a tour with INR > receive INR.

I got problems with email: I am not receiving the tour booking confirmation emails or enquiry forms.
Hi,
It will depend on your hosting provider. Please make sure your hosting allows the WordPress mail function.
In Tour Settings > General > E-Mail Settings, could you fill the system email differently with admin booking and admin register then check it again? Some host providers don’t allow the email system, and the rest is the same email.

If so, could you try setting up the SMTP and see if this helps?

1. Can you make sure that you set the proper email in email sender setting in Tour Master option?
2. Make sure that your server can send the email. You may check with your provider to make sure.
3. You can also try using SMTP plugin to set up the proper sending.
4. Also check in junk box in case they arrived in there.
If I try to change something the system says “an error occurs” and to contact support. I have been using this theme for 3 years and until 3 months ago the system was sending emails without any problems.
Also today, after updating the theme, I encountered another problem. When I edit tours in the editor neither wraps nor elements are displayed and it is not possible to edit or move them.
What can I do?

Import Report homepage-1.zip (748kb)slider_export.txt does not exist!
but inside of zip file we found the file slider_export.txt and image directory, I don’t know whats wrong!

The builder of this theme is very bad. Many errors and configuring gives a lot of trouble. They should migrate to elmentor which works much better.

I downloaded the Travel Tour theme on Sunday 27-08-2023, but its installation is not working . I tried creating a support ticket but gets error that purchase code is different to site purchased, although i am using it as per license only. If you cannot help then please cancel my order and refund.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not?
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.
Let me know if this helps or not.

2. I have disabled all plugins except those provided by Goodlayers
3. I have cleared the web site cache
4. I have entered the web site from other browsers
But the problem in the editor remains the same. I can’t edit the texts
