Appreciate your beautiful development, facing some issue need your assistance, while adding listing type, we are facing issue as per support video the form tab is not showing even i can not change any thing on the fields or move them, on right hand side i can see group option. Please assist me.

I have seen the Video, the problem is, in listing type section – in form tab I am not able to add any field- on screen right hand shown Group 1 – Base (no Payment) even I delete this group can not drag and drop field, I believe there is issue in group. Please advice me

If your support is not expired, then it’s a cache issue with Envato API. Please flush your broswer cache and try to add the purchase code again. Then it will be working.

Hello , Presale question, i think you have improved on your theme but will like to know how to add custom page to the existing Dashboard menu.

2) Need to install more third party plugin, how can we configure any conflict? do you have a snippet code to resolve this?

That’s quite advanced feature to have it. But you can create a page and add the link and a menu on the dashboard menu.

It’s too general question. As you may know, it’s hard to make all of the 3rd party plugin’s compatibility. This is because the authors and their code may follow different approaches. To determine if they work seamlessly, testing is often required. This is a common practice for all WordPress themes. Not only our theme.

Unfortunately it’s not. They are not quite common recently.

Hello, I have been trying to go through your videos. For example, the silent Canvas video from many years ago, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqKeZOqiExY. The screen is not clear, even if I run it at 0.25 speed, impossible to follow the tutorial. 8 months ago you re-did a few videos, but the pronunciation of English is incredibly difficult to understand and I am used to hearing a lot of accents. I think you would have a lot less support questions if the FAQ videos were better.

- i have seen that your theme also works with OSM, dos it support also OSM Autocomplete or OSM Geolocation? Because I always see on your Theme on The Search site, Location with google autocomplete. I want use only OSM.

- dose Thema works with OSM Radius Search?

- on the frontpage is it possible to search location with autocomplete instant of defined Location.

- is it possible to ad a contact form on the Listing so Visitors can contact the Listing owner from there.

- is there any option, if someone create a listing an choose the Category “Beauty” so they can see and add different Features like “Makeup” “lashes” and like this and if some one choose the category “Cafe” they can only see the Features “Coffee” “Tea”...

It works with basic OSM instead of Google Maps. You can find the setting on backend and options on Map widgets.

Yes, Autocomplete and geolocation work fine including radius. Yes, you can add a contact form 7 on the detail page. We are not sure how you want to use it. As far as we understood that you can use amenities with the category. on the amenities setting, you can find the related categoies.

Hi, i’m interesting to buy your theme to replace my current theme. I have some question :

1. is your instalation service include setup for payment gateway? 2. will ads appear based on search of the category? let say i have a listing for service cstegory and i will buy an ads for this listing, so when other people search by its category ( sercive cstegory ) and my ads will appear. And when other people search by other category, let say restaurant category, the ads will not appear since it is owned by service category 3. is there any badge for “feature” ?

Yes, you need to change logo, images, each listing content and homepage content.. etc.

what is step by step if i want to buy your instalation service, also how to asking them to setup for the payment gateway ?

After you purchase our theme and fill out the installation form with the fee. (it’s written on the form ) And you can add some message about the payment gateway details. Then they will get back to you.

Hello. I installed the theme as instructed in the training video and completed the import process. However, I couldn’t import the Elementor template file specific to the Elementor plugin because, just as mentioned in the video, there wasn’t such a file coming out from within the theme files. I don’t know the reason, but even though the site is currently live, I’m not getting any appearance on the homepage or any other page. I’m encountering a completely empty page that extends downwards. 1. Secondly, is there a booking feature available in this theme? like Woocommerce booking plugins? if not, please suggest some suitable ones that can allow me to book rentals, services, events on my website created on your theme.

2. Lastly, are these plugins (AppPresser/WPMobile.app/AndroApp/MobiLoud) compatible with your theme? If not, please suggest some plugins that would work on your theme for converting website into mobile apps.

1. Multivendor and Marketplace

2. Local Ad listings

3. Profile page and community like features for Vendor (Like Facebook)

4. Flexibility of choosing maps other than provided.

5. Google Ad Sense and Affiliate Ad Network feature.

That’s why I have selected 2 products from your portfolio – Lynk vs. Javo Directory I have a vision for building a community-based Local Ad listing + Multivendor marketplace feature (fully functional). I am confused in selection between Lynk and Javo Directory as the former is customized to have social media community while the latter is built mainly for listing. I want to know the specific differences between both and what each lacks in. You have mentioned that both have vendor (woo commerce), community and directory features. But when I checked the demo/preview pages, there is massive difference.

1. Yes, we have the feature for muti-vendor. It works fine with dokan multi-vendor.

3. It’s kind of hard to say that it works like facebook. Buddypress works with our theme.

4. It works with Google Maps and OSM ( Open Streat Map )

5. You can add the script on our theme settings. and add the spots for Google AD Sense.

While they share the same framework, they have different designs, although some elements may be similar. You can choose whichever theme you prefer, and both themes have all the necessary features for creating a directory site.

Additionally, the themes come with multiple demos, each showcasing different designs and features. We regularly update both themes with new features and bug fixes to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Multi-vendor plugin must have WooCommerce. They must be activated both. I believe that all of the vendor plugins need WooCommerce.
