Also, sticky menu not working, at least in construction demo I’ve already installed following the instructions. All seems to be fine except menu. That is why I’ve bought this templeate, I really like it, but I can’t find how to setting up to have the same you offer in demo version.

I’ve just submitted the ticket for activation. Please could you expedite this as we’re unable to work on the theme.
I’ve raised a ticket but when I try and login to your help-desk portal, it doesn’t accept my credentials. I’ve tried resetting the password but it still doesn’t work. The entire activation and ticket submission process is a nightmare. We don’t usually leave a negative feedback, but it’s impacting our work.
Our entire project is on hold, please could you get this sorted.

Elementor checked the issue and said the problem comes from your plugins. Could you please check and fix these issues, as I cannot edit any pages or posts. I submitted the ticket through Freshdesk system, and yes, I got an answer two days later that someone will look into it. But here we are today, four days later, and the problem is still not fixed. Let’s be clear, for a shop built with your theme, this is not good enough.
ArcHub is a beautiful theme and has very advanced functionality, basically everything that’s needed to build an amazing shop. But your customer service and the speed of resolving technical issues and updating the theme and plugins once the other major players make updates (Wordpress, WooCommerce and Elementor) are very slow.
Customer experience is as important as design and functionality. Elementor were able to go in and pinpoint the problem within three hours of contacting them (Pro user). I am communicating this in a constructive manner, I love ArcHub theme and I would be very sad to have to part with it because of technical glitches taking too long to resolve.
No theme is perfect and there will always be little things that will cause issues, but I hope you guys will find solutions to fix them faster, especially when these happen close to or during weekends.

Ok, so the problem was fixed and was caused by the Premium Addons plugin, in case someone else has the same issue. The was a bit of a conflict with other plugins. Thank you very much!

If they are the same website, for instance one is for staging other one is production then it’s fine. Otherwise you need two licenses for separate websites.

Have you checked the theme for the latest wordpress 6.2.2 for any issues I see your demos are running on WordPress 6.0.3.
Also i’m running on Archub 1.1 Running into some bootstrap/Jquery issues (i.e bootstrap loads before jquery in the head – leading to some dropdown select menu on a form to load to the bottom of the page)
Did you fix this in 1.2 ? looking at the source it looks different the way it was structured.

I am writing to you as a satisfied user of the Hub theme. My experience with your theme has been incredibly positive, and it has greatly facilitated my web development process. However, I find myself in need of additional customization options.
I am interested in incorporating blocks from other demos into my current project. Previously, I have been able to achieve this by importing the project onto my local machine and manually copying the desired blocks. Unfortunately, I have encountered a roadblock. Due to the constraints of my current license, I am unable to reinstall the theme in my development environment. This is because the license is currently in use and I have not found a way to alter the domain or reuse it.
In light of this situation, I would like to propose a solution. It would be immensely helpful if your team could provide the capability to manage licenses directly through your dashboard. Alternatively, a license management system akin to the one used by the Hub theme would be an acceptable solution.
