I guess it’s your server issue, so will be much better to contact your hosting provider support. Theme files are checked by Envato team and can’t contain viruses. Otherwise they are not allowed to marketplace.

it depends of the logo style you use. Most used is Style4, si in this case you can increase max-height property from you style css from 30px to 50px for example. It should solve the issue.

Two questions. 1. I changed the logo size on css from 60 to 600 and the logo is still tiny. 2. The menu works fine on desktop but the three little lines on iPhone and iPad are dead. Where do I go to fix this?

1. It depends which navigation style you use. Some of the navigations have also col’s. Other have max-width option, it also should be increased.
2. Could you explain please in more details, what exactly happen? Or send please link to your website for better understanding.

Hello, I have followed the instructions and have installed this theme mulitple times on fresh new Ubuntu box with new wordpress. None of the advanced features (slider, menus ) are working. Would like to use this template that I just purchased today, but not sure what is going on.

I am actually now seeing: File Permission Issues We were unable to modify required files. Please ensure that /var/www/html/wp-content//uploads/ File permissions have been set. Is there something I am missing?

it’s more of the server files permissions issue. Make sure you can write in wp-content//uploads/ folder. But if you have some issues with uploading plugins or themes via admin folder you can use FTP to upload them, this will solve the issue.

all the plugins are installed. Everything is active. But when I look at the site, it does not look like the “Display model” for lack of a better word..None of the sliders are active, the dropdown menus are not droping down, just static words. Any ideas?
Is there anyway to get a refund. I have had this for about 24 hours and have spent half of that time trying to get this theme to work. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use this theme. I am restoring my droplet now and looking for another theme.
Seems that you missed something. After demo importing you should get absolutely the same result as in our preview. For example sliders should be imported separately from demo content folder, we included all these steps in our documentation.

Hello, I have some problems to import the demo data including pictures etc. I’m able to import to standard import file artday-demo-data.xmlbut not more. There is no item under appereance called “Import demo data”. All plugins are installed.

we have 2 ways for installing demo data. Fist one is One Click Demo Import. You can enable this option from theme options page. And second way is default wordpress importer. Demo data in included with theme package. In both cases you get the same result.

Trying to Import the Demo Data from – Go to Appearance =>Import Demo Data. Before you begin, make sure all the required plugins are activated.
And just click Import Demo Data button. -

you just need to import demo data. Only one thing as you know following the Envato rules all themes here on Themeforest are sold without images, they are for preview only. Themes with included images simply are not allowed to marketplace. Well all the authors replace images with image holders for easiest work with them. Well you just need to replace the image holders with your own images. But small trick here, we can’t include images in theme package but you can download them from our preview.

No you don’t need to worry about activation or keys plugins ask you for, just use the plugins. They are bundled with the theme and don’t require any keys.
