In EU if account is business it must have explicit text stating that. So option is added where user can one time select it’s account type in settings.
By default it is off and you can enable it in Adifier WP -> Ads -> Enable Account Type

I talked to someone who bought it. In version 3.9.4 it says Filters are not in the sidebar. It was just in the search page sidebar.

Yes on search page as I stated in previous comment. Only search page has filters so they are in sidebar on that page on smaller screens. For the other pages same sidebar contains search form

probably this is the best theme out there, everything is perfect, you only need to work on the design, user interface, specially on mobile. user interface is a little bit outdated. it does not have a modern look. other than that it is without a question the best classified theme out there. trust me if you add one or 2 more modern look demo, you will sell like crazy, i know what i am talking about. cheers
Would be nice if it had the possibility for a manual review process for new user registrations.
I currently use the theme and get a lot of spam by users who get through the ReCaptcha at registering and who offer illegal services or products. Constantly new users register and there is no way to stop it. I’ve tried blocking IP-addresses, Location block, country block, recaptcha, black listing but none helped. Currently I’ve selected a Manual approval method for the ads which helps but also means that I have to manually approve each individual ad, even for the users that are legit and post regularly, which means a lot of work. Approving or declining users at registration on the other hand would be a lot less work since there are a lot more ads then there are users.
Of course a better detection and prevention system for bots and spam at the user registration with automatically declining spam users would be best, but I don’t know if that is possible.
Other then that, I’m very satisfied with the theme and it works very well.

2. LISTING RESHUFFLE EACH TIME THE PAGE LOADS: For the homepage listing, is it possible to always re-shuffle the order they appear (i.e I don’t always want them to appear from the latest to the older listing everytime) each time a user loads the website? I don’t want users to see the same listing order each time they load the page. I want users to see random listings each time they visit. Except for featured listing which will always be visible. If yes, can I also achieve the same on the listings page?
3. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FOR ACTIONS ON THE WEBSITE: Can users receive notifications (emails or SMS) when relevant events occur on the site? For example: – Welcome message – Ad is pending review – Ad is about to expire – Ad has been declined etc. And notifications also when they receive a message from customers on the website.
4. ADMIN NOTIFICATIONS TO USERS: Can the Admin send information to all users and also to a particular set of users and they get it on their dashboards? Like a general notice or update to sellers on the platform.
5. DIRECT WHATSAPP CHAT TO SELLERS: Also, is there a WhatsApp chat functionality on the single listing page to chat with sellers directly on WhatsApp? Is there also a live chat between buyers and sellers on the website?

1. List of payment gateways is on item description. This theme is not WC patch it is custom built solution.
2. You can set random in builder element. Not in browse listing since it does not have sense. User filters ads and sorts as per his liking
3. Yes email notifications are there. For message it is not sent if user is online
4. There is no option for that
5. There is messaging system in theme there is no what’sapp chat in order to keep messaging at one place

1. There are category related custom fields, for big changes where you need to accommodate your specific needs you need to edit theme code
2. All multilingual plugin require that you translate everything to each available language and you can not ask that from your visitors, that’s why it is designed for one language
3. If you mean on google ads and similar, for home page use HTML block of page builder for inner pages it is displayed in the header
4. There are views per ad per day in author dashboard, click on try before buy and check everything
5. & 6. I do not understand what you mean
Apps are completely different system from web sites, currently we do not have time for custom work.
