Hello i just purchased the alone theme and installed everything successfully, when i was importing the demos i finished successfully, when i went to home to check i got an error Error establishing a database connection, i need urgent help please.

I have purchased the theme sometimes back and now trying to install and register the theme but it’s not registering. The plugin updates not working. Probably showing outdated URL.

The theme comes with elementor pro, but how do you connect and activate the plugin?

Can I use cloud services such as Google Drive, Pcloud, Yandex Disk, etc. Can also use the shortened links such as Bit.ly? This is important for us because we have a lot of sermons on Google drive. This PHP issue brake the site,.

1) I want to know if i purchase this theme, i will get free version of plugin ??

2) do you have any feature for upsell, if user is making donation if we can show them message Add $2 for breads etc ?

3) if we have a donation campaign , if some one gave us $100 cash, can we add that 100 usd in system from backend and create a receipt in pdf format ?

4) Also if user want to donate for 2 causes/campaign at a time , can we do i see there is no cart system , is it possible using your theme ?

Just discovered a bug on your Be Video Box widget.

We have two of those on one page. When we update the links on the videos (YouTube), even though we put different links, and those are two separate sections/columns in which we have this Be Video Boxes – they always end up reflecting back the same video, even though the link is different in each. Tried updating links multiple times, re-saving, refreshing css and clearing cache, did not help and change is not reflected. The same videos always end up being played, even though the link which is set up is different.

Please advise and fix ASAP.

Hi, I’m having issues styling the mobile menu. I’ve tried to edit the background and hover colors using Ubermenu and Customize, but some of my edits are not changing. How can I easily edit the background color of an item when a user hovers over it? Also, for the tablet-sized mobile menu, part of it is purple, and the other part is black. Why is that, and how do I fix it?

Finally, when I view the homepage at tablet and phone dimensions, the campaign/donation element covers up the text. How do I fix this? I’m using the same setup as this page: https://alonethemes.com/home-saltoro/

I have just purchased the theme for the Vantcone theme but its not on the demo installs ?

Look here, I am using this home page, but then when you click all the other pages the colors are completely wrong? (home is green and white, inside pages are blue and yellow and different header)...

How am I supposed to make the entire site look the same??? (header, font, colors, etc)

I tested the theme on my local computer using a valet installation that made me able to use wordpress.test as a domain name on my local computer. I am now trying to use the theme in a sandbox environment but it keeps displaying that the product has been registered on wordpress.test.

I have now deregistered the theme on wordpress.test and removed it as the active theme. I confirmed that the theme had been deregistered when I could not import demos on wordpress.net.

However, I still cannot register the theme on sandbox despite having it deregistered on wordpress.net.

The sandbox website is: https://sandbox.onelifeinitiative.org/ where I am trying to use this theme as the new theme.

How do I resolve this, please?

We have added the Be Members Carousel to our About page with our team members.

However, we do not want the photos in the slider to link to individual team member profiles. Can we disable this feature, yet keep the design/carousel widget?

If not, is there any workaround you’d suggest to achieve the same design with this effect, perhaps with a different feature/widget?

We’d also like to report a bug on this feature (we’re using skin Cerredo) – there’s no setting to change the color of a hover over individual team member names/title. If you do know how we can do this, please let us know.

Could you also please confirm that the theme and all of its plugins/features have been updated with the latest Elementor release?
